It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

So I had an emergency and required a storage unit on a sunday I was able to call and set it up. The call center made a slight mistake with my lease agreement. I went into the office, and Jeremy and Justin both immediately jumped on the opportunity to help me resolve my slight inconvenience. They were both extremely professional and courteous. I was honestly amazed by the speed of the correction, the apologies for the mistake, and the professionalism of the representatives.

This place is amazing! The customer service from the Sarah’s was absolutely phenomenal. Although I did not purchase a storage unit, I will highly consider iStorage simply because of the friendliness of the workers.
I needed to rent a Uhaul trailer to do some home improvements and this particular location had the trailer I needed. I scheduled the rental via Uhaul's website the night prior and came in during the next morning to pick up the rental. My first impression of the facility upon driving up was that it looked clean, well organized, and secure. When I walked in, I was surprised how organized and clean the office was, and was also pleased with the view of all of the cameras monitoring the storage units and the facility grounds. As far as the rental went, everything went super smoothly. Sarah was knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and nice! I've rented a few Uhauls in my life being prior military and this was by far the nicest and smoothest rental I've ever done. The facility impressed me enough during my visit that it'll be the first place I pick if I need to store my boat, trailer, or rent a storage unit. Thank you Sarah!

I used this facility for 13 months and never had a problem with anything. The staff was always kind and courteous and the spaces were clean. I liked the fact that it was climate controlled so that my personal belongings were kept safe. The security was also great. No one could get in without there personal code. Overall we had a good experience reserving and moving in. The facility is clean, well lit, and seems safe enough that I wouldn't mind going by myself or in the evenings. The onsite manager was very sweet and helpful. She had our unit open and ready for us to help us find it which was great. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that I had a few issues with the call-line. They were having computer issues and it took quite a while to reserve the unit. We got disconnected multiple times and had to repeat information over and over because the computer kept shutting down. They were very apologetic and always called back promptly. I'm sure this was an isolated issue and I thought they handled it well considering it was frustrating for them as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
