This storage unit was affordable and extremely helpful! The customer service has been amazing the entire time I’ve been there and the access until 10pm is so convenient was my changing schedule. I made a mistake attempting to access my unit my final month occupying it (call it pregnancy brain lol) and the property manager was so helpful, patient and not judgmental at all; she was truly a blessing! I will definitely be recommending them to any friends with storage needs.

The staff of this location makes the difference that sets this location apart. Kim could not be more helpful and professional. A recent problem caused by a hiccup in my bank's bill payment system was quickly worked out. She sees a way to make things work which helps her customers continue to be loyal.

My family and I have been customers at this facility for over 10 years. It has gone through a name change or two since then but the service has always been outstanding. Over that time there have been a few problems but the staff has always been attentive and made sure things were resolved to our satisfaction. Today I was checking into a larger unit and Kim, the property manager, took the time to make sure I understood all of my options and helped me make the best decision possible. My fees are lower with the new, larger unit, she made sure that there was sufficient flexibility in the transfer terms so that I can move without fear of weather or needing to move work commitments, and she provided a lot of useful information about what to expect after the transfer is done and signed. My family and I are happy with the services and support Kim and her team offer. They are, in my experience, Veteran and Military friendly. If you are looking for a storage space, I recommend that you check here first, assuming it meets your needs for proximity to home and such.

I've been looking for a storage facility to store several of my things for a long period of time and I have interviewed more of these facilities than I'm willing to reveal. The I-Storage facility on Castle Drive in Madison, Alabama is "Far & Away" the best and only facility I would keep my valuables. I would almost go as far as to say I could leave my unit unlocked and not have to worry about things coming up missing. When I came into the office, I was greeted by a very friendly Customer Service Representative, Kim Laney who offered me a drink and a seat, then took the time to go into great description of the details of the unit, the lease options, discounts, and security offered at their facility. I left there with a little less money but a lot of reassurances that my belongings were in safe keeping. There is no other place for me.

Its great the employees are super nice and friendly and are so understanding. The buildings are super clean and spacious they are perfect for anything you could need them for and you never have to worry about theft its gated and there are cameras too.

The property is too tight for the large Uhaul or moving trucks. I believe the largest truck allowed and rented by this location is the 17 foot size. I had to make several trips moving my 3 bedroom sized house of furniture and etc to a 10 x 30 storage unit.

This place is awesome!! Very convenient and friendly, we had to get a storage unit for just a few days and also had to rent a uhaul and the process for both was very simple! Would definitely go back if I ever needed at moving truck or storage unit.

First of all my husband and i travel all over the states due to his work. We rented two units. They are very clean and secure which they usually all are. It’s the customer service at this location! You couldn’t expect more professional manager. She’s was so kind to us and welcomed us to the area. It’s nice to have the first person u meet in your new home town be so kind. I will be referring her location to all my husbands co workers that are moving to town here. She Just really deserves recognition for her going beyond excited to give us a nice experience.

Sonyia is a wonderful manager! She is very versed in her managerial skills. Sonyia, keeps her vendors, tenants, and perspective tenants hyped to what is going on in the storage industry. She inform all of her consumers of her monthly unit specials as well as her Merchandise of the Month special. If you ever need an expert opinion on storage needs or moving materials, Sonyia is the person to consult with.
