Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Ive used this storage twice in recent years. Its always clean and staff is always friendly and helpful. I always use climate control and it is always at an acceptable temperature. The only issue I have is the back roll up door entrance. It is not smooth. It should be like a ramp but it isnt. Getting the carts in and out can be a challenge. Other than that its a great place!

The manager of the site on Halls Mill road in Mobile, that young lady is very professional. she always have a smile on her face, or if I'm speaking with her over the phone she has a very pleasant voice. I paid a visit to my storage unit one day and I did not properly lock it back. While performing their daily check of all doors to see if they are locked properly, she and her security team discovered that mines was not. So far so good. I only just rented a 10x10 climate-controlled storage unit, but everything has gone smoothly. There is a gate code and a door code to get into the building, so security is very good. There's also a garage door (opened from the inside) for moving large pieces into the building. The space between buildings is very wide, allowing even large trucks to maneuver around easily. This iStorage location is an authorized U-Haul dealer, so I can rent moving vans and buy packing supplies at the same place I have my storage unit. Can't get more convenient than that.

Makes me feel like my stuff is safe. Considering my situation, pretty much everything I own is in the unit we rent. I don't know what I would do if i had to worry id lose my kids keepsakes and my books and everything. ❤

Preparing for huge move. Reserved one truck online and reserved second truck as a walk in. There was an issue with the computer system , but TK and the UHaul customer service handled it quickly. They made a stressful situation stress-free.

iStorage is convenient to the Rangeline/Tillman's Corner Walmart and to the entire Tillman's Corner community. The signup process on the website is quick and easy and follow through at the office is fast and efficient. The units are in good shape and there is gated access. I chose this after having used other storage facilites in the area and this one had the benefits I needed - good hours, good lighting, gated access, security, competitive pricing.
