I've been renting from IStorage for several years now. Dominique and Tonya provide good customer service and are responsive to any issues I've had as a tenant for which I am grateful. However, the facility bathrooms have never been up to par and need updating, and with each change in management, this seems to be overlooked. If I can get better bathrooms I'd be happy to give it 5 stars.

Prop Mgr Dominique Nobles at iStorage located at 902 Magnolia Rd. in Mobile did a great job! Very easy to work with and effective in showing the different sizes available, as well as clearly explaining costs. The site is in a good location, just off of Govt. St. & a straight shot to I-10, Midtown or Downtown. The layout also appears to have easy drive-up access for dropping off and picking up storage items. Picked space, signed up and was In & out in about 20 minutes. Very affordable prices and a great value! Would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly! The gate is open and unlocked most of the time; we only needed to put our code in once..... It is not trailer/u-haul friendly. If you're not a pro at backing up and turning in tight spots I'd keep looking. The back row we got stuck with was awful and could only access it from one direction.

I must say I’ve met the two most friendly and helpful ladies while trying to find a storage to store my belongings. I was having a hard time and Dominique made sure to give me all details on the units with sizes along with prices that suits my needs.. Today I walked in and Courtney got the ball going with me going over the contract , payment dates , alerting me that a late fee may occur if late on a payment, letting me know that auto pay is available with no late fee... access to my storage unit 6am -10pm ... I feel like I’m in orientation for a job and I love it Ms. Courtney is on it
