It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

This is my second review of this establishment. Broadway Storage Solutions is a great place to keep your stuff, whether it's an RV or an old desk. The management team will help pick the right storage area or unit and then they stay with you the rest of the way. They happened to be right down the street from me so I was lucky. But if you're a short trip away, it is worth the drive.
Very nice management. Due to my random schedule as a caregiver for my terminal mom, I couldn't make it in quickly to put a lock on a reserved unit. When I finally made it there, they showed me where the unit was and helped me lock it up. Unit and place looked very clean.
Larry and his wife were very helpful. It was hard to leave without buying one of their Aussie puppies. Good experience.

Haven't moved my stuff in yet. I picked this place for the location and the Testimonials for Robin & Larry. I was very pleased upon meeting them. I love that they live on site and that the place isn't a 24hr access storage. I believe that cuts down on riffraff. The leasing process went very smoothly.

Good storage place, even in a gated area we had are Cadillac converters cut off are vehicles, no cameras saw anything. But they after enough complaints put lightning and a camera in the area. Nice people in the office.

Well let me begin by saying that Samantha is AMAZING! Not only is she sweet, she's very knowledgeable, super helpful, and really bent over backwards to help me in my stressful situation. My brother and I flew down from Washington State to try and take care of dealing with our younger brother's place. He passed away so we had to move pretty fast and Samantha was there to help me every step of the way! In fact her husband helped my brother unload some very heavy things that I couldn't handle. I'm so thankful that we found Samantha & Bill! They are angels sent from Heaven! If you need a storage unit, this is the one to use! You will not be disappointed! THANK YOU!

Well there was brand new manager on site also the district manager and the corporate trainer. They were training new managers no one knew how to run any of the machines and it went very slow but overall they were okay.

Like most storage facilities. They are very tight together. Kind of a pain to get in and out of. Otherwise they are just regular storage buildings
