The managers are the best and the place is clean great hours on gate access... but again the managers are great don't loose them they're part of why I stay and the prices great.. So I posted this I think a yr ago but I'm updating my post since NSA bought it and took over and I have to be honest Paul is the best he's the new property manager and if it wasn't for him working with me and so hard to help me with an issue I had I would probably be n jail but he out did himself thx again Paul for helping me get my issue taken care of ur the best. NSA don't loose Paul he is the reason I'm not going to move storage unit to another facility.He deserves a raise,if nothing else employee of the month he'll even both honestly

I went in to check out RightSpace today and see what their units were like, and the lady that was running the front office was so very kind and very helpful. I wish I could remember her name but I'm pretty terrible with remembering names. She went out of her way to take me around to see the different units I was interested in, ultimately lead me to renting out a unit with a pretty great deal, and I left feeling quite relieved.

Have had a right space Storage Account for many years....approx 2018 give or take. It's been a lifesaver within walking distance or straight shot from the Community I love via the Bus. I've stayed organized because of them but I miss Kitty. Lady Kitty treated the business like it was her own. sincerely. Miss Aguilas

Nice storage facility. I was there until after hours and the gentleman on call was short and a little rude but helpful.

My husband was renting a space over the internet. Some questions arose and phone contact was made with Justin. While Justin didn't have the answers at his fingertips, he consulted with the appropriate people and followed up with a return phone call later in the day. Great customer service. When we arrived at RightSpace, all the paperwork was in order and Christine was organized, personable, and made us feel welcome. Christine indicated that she would be there to help us again when our needs changed. A delightful experience.

The facility is nice and clean and the staff are friendly. It is very uncomfortable to have homeless people digging in the dumpster outside the gate. Perhaps the dumpster could be move further away. It would be very easy for someone to hide beside the dumpster then run in when the gate opens..

We were desperately looking for a storage for our rv. Everywhere I called, booked. I called rightspace storage. The lady on the phone, I don’t recall her name, searched three properties trying to find us one. Very helpful and the price was right!! Thank you.

Very safe place for storage

Love this staff here! They are all so friendly and understanding! The main lady is super cool and has been very helpful the few times I had been late on paying the rent. She has even gone out of her way to personally email me reminders and updates. She has been more than accommodating and patient! Would definitely highly recommend this storage center!!

Great Staff I forget the gals name but she was great very professional and personable. very descriptive she defiantly explains the rules and took the time to walk out with me show the recommended space explains how to open and close storage door properly and how to place the lock to avoid any problems. I will Say This if you want a clean and Covid 19 Safe Place she wont let you touch the counter and social distancing a must seats are place at least 6 feet away and never put her guard down there was no cross contamination, I defiantly would recommend this place e-mail correspondence excellent they e-mail you everything you need including a link to pay you bill on line what else is needed nothing,I'm so Glad i chose this place! Nice and clean place and very easy acess to the units

Getting set up was fairly quick and much as I expected. When i go to my unit a couple of days later, the facility lock was still on the unit and I had to go fetch someone to remove the lock so I could get in. Some repairs need to be done on the unit door, so that it operates as it should.

When it comes to storage units, you don’t really expect much as long as it’s accessible, clean, secure and rates are consistent. After dealing with the team at RightSpace I found there’s additional things to consider. Customer service, attentiveness to the business, kindness and communication are all additive to any good service experience. The RightSpace team embraces these additions and executes on them daily. Example…We once incorrectly locked one of the doors on our storage unit so it was not 100% secure. The very next morning RightSpace proactively called me to inform me of the error but I was not able to take the call. They took action and locked the unit with one of their locks to ensure the safety of my belongings until I called them back several days later. I know for fact they walk the property at least daily and inspect every unit because they actually care about the service they provide. It’s refreshing companies like them still exist when other companies are doing everything they can to reduce cost, even when it impacts quality. I could not be more happy with the service I purchased from them and would highly recommend choosing RightSpace if you are in the market for storage.

They were so wonderful to work with. We ended up with a date change issue and they just handled it all with no issues. Super nice guys, great place. This is the only place that would take my firm confirmation before I arrived. Everyone else wouldn't commit unless you were in front of them. A little scary to pile your belongings into a truck and drive over 1,000 miles to NOT have a firm confirmation. I really appreciate Right Space Storage and their attitude. Nice job guys!

Great place to store your stuff. We used a 10x20 unit to store or stuff from when we were transitioning between houses. They have deals just ask.

I reserved a small unit Sunday for a Wednesday move in. I called Tuesday to make sure everything was set and sure enough it was. When I went in to sign papers both men were friendly. While finishing the paperwork the other fella went and opened the door. I'm happy to have a unit fairly close end of Hall. Would definitely recommend.

This spot has reasonable pricing, friendly staff, and easy accessibility. They just updated their key pad which has made access much easier. The units are easy to find, but there isn’t much area lighting at night. Very safe spot and I’ve never had any concerns about break ins.

Great place to watch over my stuff. Manager is a gem. She remembers my name, which impresses me. I feel like she goes out of her way for me. Other employees helpful and polite as well. Had only one issue in beginning. I escaped a domestuc violence situation and was looking for alternative housing options, when I paid for two units two months in advance. I was a total wreck and extremely vulnerable and was in no pisition to be making contracts at that time. I really should have had someone with me to watch over what I was doing. Paying in advance was definitely the wrong thing to do! With help, I quickly found housing and was ready for move in long before the second month arrived. Well, I discovered, to my dismay, that there was no refunds. Needless to say, I was upset as money was especially tight and I had really depended on those monies for survival of me and my 7 yr old boy. I was told "it is in the contract", which again, anyone could see I was totally under duress and in no position to be making contracts. In the end, I was out somewhere around nearly $300. Devastating to me. I was being reminded of lots of little things, but no little mention of no refunds when paying in advance and initialing and signing paperwork. I certainly would never have paid in advance if I had been verbally reminded. Oh well, live and learn. I was upset, but was too emotionally distraught to move to another facility, which I really wished I could have done at that time. Since then, my relationship with the manager has turned around, although deep inside I still feel a tiny taken advantage of. Oh what I could have done for the foster boy with that extra money. 😥😥😥

Best Storage Unit in Arizona! Good Rates, Friendly People.

Right space storage has the cheapest prices in town. The staff at right space is A plus. But unfortunately their buildings they are not airtight. Wind blows sand and dirt, all kinds of stuff into storage unit. For a very short term storage it's great. Long-term storage you are going to have a mess on your hands when you unpack it. And if you leave in the middle of them you don't get the money back that you paid for that month. And they charge you to switch units. I went for me template 10 two 5 x 10 and they charged me to move.

Very easy to do business with. They are in my neighbourhood. I rented a unit from them for about 6 months. If I could, I would have my kids take their stuff from my garage and place it in a unit at Freedom Storage. I know Kandi will give my kids a deal!
