We have been using this facility for about seven years now. We have been extremely happy with the service, the storage units and the staff. Elsa recently helped us with a couple things and she was so efficient, professional, and got everything taken care of above and beyond our expectations. I couldn’t recommend this facility more.

Adrienne in the office has done a stellar job...We've been very happy with this place. However my contacting business requires 24 hrs access.... especially here in the summer. My other locations that we stage equipment for the crews have 24 hr. I guess this facility will be changing to 6am to 10 pm soon . This will not fly! The lady in the office... hopefully this place will maintain.

The two people who waited on me were both Nice and helpful. The Manager of the Storage Solutions took care of me on Christmas Eve and showed me the Unit and gave me a lot of Information about the rent and stated that if the 5×10 wasn't large enough she would find me a 10×10 that would. When I moved in the assistant waited on me and was very Helpful.

Nice facility to store your belongings everything in your unit is secured with your own lock. Sensors for the door are turned off when you enter your code to get in and reactivated when you enter your code to leave.

Just moved to the Phoenix area from another state. Had some extra things i was unable to move in with me. Stopped and got a storage unit. Very reasonable rates! Clean property! Good location, easy access. Super friendly Staff. Kelly made it a point to be sure everything in the contract was clearly understood by me. Answered all my questions efficiently. The only thing that I have a problem with is that there's not enough lighting inside my unit to see without a flashlight. I will be addressing this issue with the office today. But, I have good faith that my problem will be resolved.

I have been here for three years and have had good service from the staff. They have also updated the property in the past year.

Just moved from out of state and was searching for a storage unit for some large items that wouldn’t fit and I looked at many different companies but this company had the perfect size unit available so I did some research and read some reviews and to be honest some of the reviews online weren’t the best but I took my chances and reserved this unit and I spoke with someone named Angela on the phone (I believe that was her name) she was so nice and reassuring so when moving day came I went to the unit and a wonderful woman named Kelly K helped me out at the front desk with all the paperwork and my goodness her customer service skills are A+++ she was so helpful and friendly and very patient with me. I’m so glad I decided to go with this company and they had great insurance options for a great rate. Would definitely recommend

Agent was helpful when I visited to choose the right size storage unit and explaning the rental process. I returned a few days later and rented a unit and a different agent helped me who was courteous and efficient with the rental process.

Upscale facility with good access. People were pleasant enough and the storage is modern, neat, and clean. The location is also close and extremely convenient. Two things though: 1) My "10x15" locker is barely 14' deep. Luckily, my long piece is only 13' but someone else might think a longer item would fit. 2) The 'mandatory' $10 monthly insurance payment was not disclosed on the web reservation but told to me after I visited to sign-up. My budget was $100 so the "online price" of "$99" fit the bill. The 10% bump was not appreciated. I still consider the monthly $109.23 good for the value however.

Great location! Really great customer service and care. The staff here is excellent and welcoming. Very professional. Their rates are fair and their communication is outstanding. Monthly invoices are given before you're charged, so you always have a reminder and know what to expect. No weird fees, no charge for move-out. I definitely see myself using their services again for my storage needs and I'll recommend them to others in the future.

This was our first experience renting a storage space. Our builder insisted we find a unit to store furniture during our reconstruction so we had to find something nearby. After searching about six places, we found Grand Avenue Bargain Storage. Michelle, the manager was very friendly, cooperative and offered us a great deal if we paid up front, since we had to rent for several months. The unit was pretty clean and easy to access. So far we are very glad we chose this location and recommend it to others who need a convenient, clean storage unit.
