Recently, as my family and I transitioned from our unit to a new home after many years, we encountered a need for an additional day. The staff was incredibly understanding. Based on my experience, I 100% recommend this storage facility.

FACILITY IS BEST I EVER USED. STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING.

Registration was quick, easy and straightforward. My RV space was easily accessible. System allowed for auto payment which eliminated monthly paperwork and mailings. When I left, check out was a single, quick and easy phone call.

The place is clean and safe. The staff were always friendly and the prices were reasonable.

I was happy with the rental. A few different managers were at the place over the time I rented and all were nice and helpful. Never had any issues. Rates did go up slightly over 3 years but not nearly as much as the other place I was using. Overall nothing negative to say.

Not a bad place to store. But the security is lacking had catalytic converters stolen from vehicle. They had no help for the security breach. Also prices increase every year been a loyal customer for years and the prices just keep going up.

Storage area us the safest place I have ever experienced. They filled tires as needed and always kept us apprised of any issue they saw. The manager is on site and actively engages in watching the comings and goings of everyone. I will miss keeping g our boat and trailer there

The storage facility is quite old, but is well-kept and has had great management for the three years I have rented my storage unit here. All of the units are located in about five separate buildings and I do not believe any of them are climate controlled. Facility has outdoor rental parking spots as well. Over the last three years, the prices have been raised many times, and are significantly higher than when I first rented here. Overall, I would recommend this based on my experience as well as taking into account, the scarcity and high prices for rental units in this area.

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. The unit was affordable and clean. We just needed to move to a place closer to home. The only issue I ever had is that the payment process either on line or on the phone outside of business hours is painful.

We had 3 spaces for the past several years. I think we got a more than fair price and the managers have all been helpful and attentive. The grounds were always clean and well kept and secure. There are 2 things that could have been better. The doors were difficult to operate at times because they needed to be serviced and lubricated and rain water came in under the door from time to time.

I’ve stored here for 1.5 years! No complaints from me. Appreciate the friendly staff and always felt my belongings were safe.

Reserved a boat space and returned the day that I was supposed to park my boat and they had rented my reserved spot to someone else. Luckily they had someone else giving up their space, so I got my boat parked there!

I needed a space to store my trailer since a women, who has nothing better to do than to make life miserable for other, did not like where it was. Anyway, I found a spot at SunCity Storage and the process was smooth. It took about 30 minutes, to park the trailer, do the paperwork and done. It was a pleasant experience, well appart from the witch without any friends or hobby.

Back the trailer up into a small space? No problem! Flat tire? No problem! Bill was right there to help us position the trailer, each time we've brought the trailer in. He provided an air compressor and helped us with the tire. In 120-degree weather he expressed concern and went to check on our well-being, providing cold water. The facility is immaculate, the front gate and office welcoming. Customer service way above and beyond, Sun City Bargain Storage is by far the best we've ever encountered. It deserves more than 5 stars! This is a must for your storage needs!

Great job by the team at Sun City Bargain Storage. Recently, Bill, the manager, noticed that my boat cover had disintegrated during a significant wind storm. He promptly called me and advised me of the situation. He sent me pictures and offered his assistance by removing the cover so I wouldn't have to leave work and run out the the site. I went in yesterday and signed up for a storage unit. It was Cindy's first day so things moved slower than usual. However Bill (the Manager) kept asking if I wanted him to take over but I was in no rush so all three of us worked on getting me signed up. They couldn't have been more service oriented.

At the Bargain Storage on N. 107th Ave in Sun City the employee (his name is Bill) working the day I went to rent a space was so knowledgeable about this facility I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Update - Many times people might be lucky finding the right service provider. I think Bill and, indirectly, this facility deserves an update. Bill continues to provide what I consider excellent customer service. Excellent Customer Service isn't a one-day event. Bill recently made me feel I was his only customer. PLEASE consider this facility for your storage needs before you book with someone else. _________ Right from the greeting at the front door until I moved some of my stuff into the storage unit, Bill and the storage facility met my expectations. Bill took time to explain the rental details and immediately showed me available units. When I chose one, he said he would clean the unit before I returned later that day. I was surprised because the unit already looked clean. I suggest others should check out this facility before making a final decision.

It has been great so far and I like how clean it is. Bill called and got me a great spot as soon as one came open which helped me a lot and and I hope it will remain being a welcoming place to store my trailer. Jerry Fritz

We are RVers and due to the fact that most of the residential properties are under the control of an overbearing HOA (sorry that discussion is for another time) we looked for a storage facility for our motorhome. There are many options available in the west valley and I looked at them all, including homeowners who have an acre or more lot and will let you park at the back of their property. I really liked Sun City Bargain storage for a lot of reasons. One they have a dump site so that I can empty my black tank after coming back from a trip, two is that it is secure with video surveillance and restricted access and three because of the manager Bill. When I first visited Sun City Bargain Storage, Bill asked me several questions about the size of my rig and told me that he was currently full but he took my name and number and put it on his wait list. A couple weeks later I checked in with him and he told me he was still full but assured me that he does work his wait list continually. In the mean time I found a homeowner who had some room and rented me a space at the back of his property. It was all dirt, no security, no dump site and he still charged me $60 a month. But I had no choice. Two weeks after that I got a call from Bill and he had a spot open for me. YES! Two days later I moved my motor home and all is well. No dirt, all concrete and great access. Bill was very professional and friendly which is sometimes lacking in the service industry. If you have an RV or a boat that you need to store, I highly recommend Sun City Bargain Storage, it is a great facility, has great value and a great manager. I think I will be here for a long time.

I was cleaning out our guest room bookshelf this afternoon and found my rental agreement with SCBS. I had such a great experience with them, 11 months ago, that I felt compelled to come comment today on the fantastic service we received. I moved here May 2014 and needed a large, clean unit to hold our items immediately so that we could return a moving truck and store the entire contents of our home until we found a new house. The service, pricing, and cleanliness of the facility was top notch from day one. Payment was simple, access was easy, and we received no unnecessary hassle about my grandfather being the one to reserve the unit for my own use. I felt safe visiting frequently, and at odd hours to collect belongings I suddenly needed. In the event that I need a storage unit again I will not hesitate to call Sun City Bargain Storage.
