My experience in reserving a storage unit at the last minute was awesome! I needed to move a small amount of items from a previous residency into storage and RightSpace Storage came through with the ability to reserve and pay for a unit online.

Absoluut een fantastische customer service! We parkeerden onze camper 6 maanden op de beveiligde parking zonder enig probleem. De betaling verliep maandelijks volledig automatisch. We hadden na 4 maanden even hulp nodig en die kregen we heel vlot van Jamie. Alle lof voor het hele team!!!

Katie was incredibly helpful. I was in a time crunch to get to the airport and still needed to set up a new account and drop off the vehicle. Katie had the contract mostly setup by the time I arrived so that I could quickly finish up the paperwork, setup payment and drop the car. 15 minutes later my Lyft was scooting me to the airport which is less than 4 miles away. Very clean and organized facility as well as great location close to the Interstate! 5+!

A polite and competent gentleman took me through the leasing process smoothly and efficiently. When we added another space for a vehicle 10 months later, a polite and helpful woman made it as simple as possible. Email communication was timely and collaborative. We're trusting them with our belongings and feel fine doing so.

The sign up was super fast and easy. The storage was great, with security camera's and a great staff up front. Always very friendly and accommodating! Great experience! Highly recommend :)

I really like the customer service at this location the staff is always so friendly and the complex is always clean. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

rightspace was a simple process. If you have all your paperwork, you're good to go! In my case Nicholas helped me and he is very efficient, thorough and very professional. I'm glad this was my choice for a rental space as it has proved to be everything RightSpace claims to be and more! 👍

Great and easy to get one and move stuff in. Cheap renters insurance vs other places(they all require this) Great price. was pleasantly surprised that they’re 5 x 5 (The smallest one they have) it’s actually really large and like 8 to 9 feet tall inside. I put what I thought was a lot of stuff in there and I still had a lot of room to put more. you can’t beat it for the price when other places like uhual want to charge like 50 bucks a month for a tiny locker thing

Unit was clean and ready. No issues getting in but going out with 16 ft. Rental truck and car dolly was challenging. Had to go out in entrance. Otherwise, Nickolas was very professional and easy to work with.

Wasn’t given what I was advised I would get but my timeline didn’t allow for changes. They were nice however.

When I managed to forget my key to my unit after driving 3000 miles to get my stuff the manager helped me remove the lock. My stuff stayed dry and safe for a year here. The customer service that Lauren provided to me was superb. I have not had this kind of customer service interaction in a long time. One where my needs were truly met, and I had an authentic human interaction with someone who is a pure joy. Most of the time in our fast paced society we don't really expect anything outside of our social groups to really be stimulating to us or leave a lasting impression. But, this was a different customer service experience, and I can truly say that I feel like Miss Lauren is an asset to your company and definitely an amazing worker. She made me truly feel valued and she didn't just provide me the same old customer service experience, the one that was not memorable, but, also not devastating. I was looking for a unit this month and stoped in at Tucson Bargin Storage. The lady at the desk was so helpful and careing. She took her time to actually listen to what I needed as a customer. She didnt try to rush me into a unit that was too big. She was so polite and then told me about the 3 month special they have which is great and works perfectly for my storage needs. I made sure to ask her what her name was, Diane she said. So agian thank you Diane for actually listening and being so helpful.

Great rates and good location. Bus line stops right in front, too. Facility is well kept with a clean restroom. I will recommend them to friends because of both the convenience and getting $25.00 off rent as a reward as well.

I recently visited Tucson Bargain Storage in early May after having a less than pleasurable renting experience with the new management of a competitive storage facility 'Anytime Storage'. I went in and talked with Bruce Lennick the manager of this facility and explained my situation and what I was looking for in a Storage Facility. Bruce was pleasurable, down to earth and happy to offer me great customer service 'that's becoming hard to find these days'. He got me an ideal unit in a great location with a competitive price and has gate access hours that would work with about anyones needs. If you're looking for a nice 'old school facility' to do business with give these guys a call You're money will actually be appreciated here.

This is a great place for short-term storage. It is conveniently located a block east of HWY 19 and a block north of main road Valencia. Also, the grounds are clean, smooth and monitored; storage units are reasonably priced and you are provided a free lock to secure your rental unit. As of right now, I am very pleased with this choice for short-term storage and highly recommend it.

The price was good, and and I liked the ability to access my unit at any time needed.

Awesome staff! Paul was able to help me out with out a problem. I needed a single unit to fit my two vehicles in. He found 2 units side-by-side with the interior wall pulled down. I was able to fit both cars in and he charged it as a single unit. Paul did an awesome job and got me the storage unit about $25 under my budget, Thumbs Up! It's a quiet area and my cars had no issues after 6 months of storage. I recommend this place.

Paul, the property manager was very straight forward about the pricing, and helped me get the right size storage unit. He was professional, kind and friendly. I recently rented here and was very pleased with the sizes, 5 sizes and multiple options within those sizes, Tax was included in the 67$ rate quote I recieved for a 10x10 and their price was 13$ less or equal to the other quotes I recieved. Not sure if the other review I read was mistaken on the property they visited but the manager was very friendly and explanatory. I am happy
