You never really expect great service at a mini storage. Storage units are generally a pain, from the day you rent them to the day you forget to pay the rent and all the junk you couldn’t part with six months ago ends up sold at auction for 50 cents. But Sylvia at SecurCare Self Storage makes getting a storage unit a downright pleasant experience. The facility is clean and well maintained. And even if you’re lost and confused and can’t remember your unit number Sylvia and the rest of her crew will take care of you!

Kris and Jasmin were very helpful! they gave us a free lock and half off on the rent for the storage unit. I definitely recommend that you consider this storage facility.

He arrived quickly within 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and kind, he knows his line of work and he should be recognized for doing and outstanding job. I drove off a very satisfied customer as he secured my storage lock. His maintenance skills has proven to be affected and efficient in his job duties. He had all the tools, equipment, bolts, screws and other things needed to get the job done. It's not easy dealing with demanding customers like me. Worst time of my life to move but Sara made moving into my storage facility, seamless! Best customer service that I have ever encountered in Bakersfield! Good security services, so sleeping is at eased. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

I went to SecurCare Self Storage by accident. I was looking for the storage that was next door. The woman in the office was so nice about my mistake and the fact that I asked her if I could stayed parked in their lot while I went next door to get a unit from their competitor (I was going to the other one because it was almost $30 a month cheaper. As I walked out I noticed the hours of access to my storage was 10:00 p.m. and the other was only 6:30 p.m., so I went back inside. I told her it was worth the extra money just because of convenience. Then she directed me to their website because they were having an online special (which she didn't have to do) and it was the same price for the first month. I was so impressed by her kindness and how informative she was. When I moved stuff in, it was dark but because of the security cameras and lighting, I felt very safe!

By far the best storage place in Bakersfield. I got a second unit recently and screwed up the lock situation and forgot to lock it. The gentleman, I didn’t catch his name, called me multiple times even though I was out of town and put a lock on the unit to rectify the situation. You can get in until 10 o’clock at night and that’s what I really enjoy. But more than that, The people who work there are very professional and courteous and attentive. I can’t say enough about them.
