All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

I want to leave a review for a new employee. Her name is Mary. I received the most wonderful, efficient customer service from her that I have ever recsaved. I had been trying to pay my bill in person. In a location right above, Sonora for weeks. I was so happy to see that there was finally somebody at the store. She was able to help me with everything I needed. But then informed me that she was just filling in. And that her store was in Ceres, California. She all, she also told me that if I ever need help that I was able to reach out. In short my experience was absolutely very pleasurable and efficient. Mary provided all the help that I would need. I am doing a big shout out to the great job that she does working for this company.

It was ok I learned that I could get one storage cheaper then what I was paying for two . Also I don’t think you should raise the rent every quarter I pay more then enough rent for my storages . And the place is not clean any more .
I do like that the units are sheet rock and metal versus wood like other places. The units we looked at were all pretty filthy though and we had to thoroughly clean ours when we started our term. Also, I do not like that they force people to purchase insurance with them at $12 a month or more. No other place I’ve had storage with has ever made me pay them extra for insurance. I was also told that the price I pay right now will increase anywhere from 15-20% every 3-6 months. I don’t like that they will increase their prices and I don’t like that I don’t know when exactly it will happen or how much it will increase by. No other storage facility has done this and I’ve used several over the past ten years.
Silver the store attendant was very helpful with me. Honored the online agreement even when he helped me in person. Showed the placed. Ensured me the place is secure and showed me around the place. Thank you silver New client here started couple months ago Since I've been here I've been made aware of the situation. Homeless hang out by the abandoned Walmart Homeless have a meth client right next door Constant brake ins Homeless pick the locks you already have and relock it so people don't know No security or cameras at the location even tho they told me they would get some. If you do decide to come setup an alarm inside the unit with a wireless camera system and some air tags in your boxes just in case. I also have a car parked here and that was broken into.

We were between homes living with In Laws when we rented our 2 storage units. We reduced them to 1 by selling some stuff cause the rents were rising. Now it's gotten very expensive so I hope to clear it out real soon! Pricing for a storage unit has gotten ridiculous!

This storage units are nice and large. This location is kept beautifully. I have never seen it trashed or anything out of place. The one problem is that the rates here are crazy . We have rented here for 3 1/2 years and pretty much every other month the rent went up. We weren't ready to move out our belongings yet but it was getting to expensive 😅 to stay. There was no theft or vandalism of are things at this location.

Hidden away behind a strip mall this place is not particularly easy to find but there is nothing wrong with that. The first people I talked to were not helpful at all. The second person I talked to was super helpful and made everything really easy. I would recommend this place

I used this storage facility for their parking area. Like that everyone has their own code to get in and out. Signing lease agreement was easy. One of the clerks even came out to help me verify that I had correct parking spot. I only gave 4 stars because the bell at the gate to call into office wasn't working and I had to get let in by someone else which I'm grateful for but its a safety issue. But I let them know and hopefully it gets resolved. Lot is very clean and I feel my property will be secure there. Would recommend using this facility.
Well a step above the rest .. Personable, knowledgeable, and have the renters best interest whether a short or long term rental.. Pays attention to the right things… I had left one night and I left my Rv windows open.. The girls Joanna and Else were quick to call me and let me know..
