Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.
Great gated storage facility. It has many different sized units that are climate controlled, and the building is always kept immaculately clean. The managment has always been great. Liz has always treated my family with care and kindness for the many years of our patronage. I highly recommend.

The facility is great, and they keep it very clean. Except for one time I did have a problem. Oh one thing they need to stop going up on the rent every six months. Come on now. I know they did quite well doing Covid so they don’t even need to catch up like the restaurants serving people and stuff. I think once a year is great like most rental places. And they should do something for the longtime customers.
I have used Storamerica since 2010. It's fire proof, no rodents, great security system, but most of all Liz, she is amazing. She will accommodate a customer when they need a bigger space or smaller one. She's great to work with. Go see Liz and tell her the size of space you need she will help you.

Liz at the office was great to interact with. Pleased with the location of the building and the unit was also nice for my purposes. They have extended hours and longer than most facilities and the price was the best I found in the nearby cities. Highly recommend.

I visited this facility to clean out someone else's unit. I wish I lived closer. I would happily use this facility. It's very clean and has AC. The location is nice. Not much foot traffic here. I don't mind the access hours because that enhances security efforts. Facility manager Liz is awesome.

I was in a real crunch. I needed to move out of one storage into another one fast. I had moved to Las Vegas and my time in the area was very limited. I had spoken to the new assistant manager in the morning and had planned to be right over, but I had a hang up at the old storage. When I got to Stor America they were closed for a break. I was frazzled. I would have to wait 45 minutes to unload. As I was about to leave when this wonderful young man came back. He said he knew I would need help. I was very grateful to him. The place is very clean and bright and has good lighting. It feels very secure there, and the rates were the best I found in the area. I recommend Stor America very highly.

I think Store America is quite fortunate to have Liz working with the public. As I had need for a larger unit she found one very close making my transition all that much easier, and when it became necessary that I downsized, again she was every bit as helpful, pleasant and timely. The storage areas are kept clean and are checked regularly. However, because it is freeway close it is about 25% more expensive to rent storage space there.
I researched several storage centers before I chose StorAmerica. It was because staff members were friendly, the price was competitive and the facility was very clean. I always enjoy my visits and try to stop into the office each time even if just to say hello because I am always greeted with a warm "hello" and friendly smiles. Monica and Daniel are a joy to chat with! This is Halloween season so stop on in and see their awesome decorations. I have been here 5 years and it was a very good decision.
