Sharon was so helpful and friendly. I had been trying to get there after work before they closed for sometime and I stopped by late one day right at closing. Even though she was getting ready to leave, she stayed and helped get me set up with the reservation. On move-in day she was there and got the paperwork set up very quickly and showed us to the unit. The unit was very nice, clean and easy to get to. I couldn’t ask for an easier move-in.
My husband Mike said Manager is easy to work and pleasant, did most everything online and went into sign. Storages nice and clean. Very conveniently located for us. Only wish the accessible hours were later, you can only access up to 7pm. But great otherwise.

Anyway, the place is clean, Zack was professional and friendly, and the outdoor lighting is efficient with overall benefits to safety and security and the environment including plant life, wildlife, and human health. The rental space worked just fine. Your office manager is great! The only reason that we will not rent a space from this location again, is because you guys are closed on Sunday, the day we needed Access to our storage space the most.

We rent a unit for our cleaning tools and we use this facility to park our work trucks and vehicles. Nice Staff, Tim is very helpful. The storage facility is always clean. We have never had any issues here. I recommend this storage facility to anyone and everyone!

I have been at Statewide Storage in Menifee for over 10 years....They have seen me through so many difficult periods of my life that I feel like they are family. I was there when Jim's mother and her little dog were there. They are wonderful humans with heart. I wish we had more people like them in the world.
