Istorage has been one of the best storage facilities I have ever used. The manager Jerry is very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and in a great location. I highly recommend anyone looking to store their belongings to talk to Jerry.

Juan was not only professional, but helped me right away with an issue I had with my lock. Only reason why this review doesn't have five stars is because of the way the handle is designed on the unit's sliding door. It was a pain to try to manipulate the shackles of a couple previous locks. Then my third time was the charm and it worked. Other than that, this storage facility is good.

Juan is the man! I was moving into my unit and had some concerns about the size I chose. Juan took the time to help me find a unit with the right size to fit my needs, and got everything set for me. Not only did he go out of his way to do this, but he did so with the utmost kindness and helpfulness, even helping me measure the space. You can tell he is a good guy who cares about his customers. This last minute moving process has been an extremely stressful process for me. Bianca and Mayra have been assisting me since my first phone call, and both of them been nothing short of amazing. I've been pestering Bianca every day, bombarding her with questions, and she has been super sweet and patient with me every time! Bianca is very knowledgeable and took action right away and found me a unit to fit my storage needs. Mayra, has a positive attitude, professional, courteous and awesome customer service. She provided all the info and hardware I required, as well as offered supplies to make the job easier. Im super pleased with this business. Mayra was SO HELPFUL. She called to make sure we knew when her lunch hour was, when the office would close, walked us through the Penske truck rental process, and just made moving a little less stressful. I first contacted iStorage for information on dropping off my Penske Rental truck that was due at their facility. I called and spoke with Mayra who has been remarkable in helping me with the recent holidays and my PCS move. I had to come back from spending time with my family and to move the rest of my stuff into my storage unit. Mayra was and is the best when it comes to customer service hands down! Her respect towards others along with her dedication doesn't go unnoticed and should be commended. The whole process from dropping off the truck, to getting the storage unit, to communication was fantastic. I have never met someone so passionate. I don't think I will need the storage unit for too long but I am sure glad to be a continued iStorage customer from Texas to Cali.

The staff at I store the two young ladies that work here are the most amazing people I've ever met their kindness and their willingness to go above and beyond what is their job title to help you is without measure this place probably wouldn't run very well without them the storage itself is kept very clean is very nice it is sometimes tight on the weekends for parking but usually isn't that big of a deal you're going to find there are storage units available but I highly recommend calling head to get pricing it is one of the more reasonable places in the Monterey Bay Area to rent a storage unit and what a pleasure it is to work with the people that work at the front desk so very kind I highly recommend if you have the need to store some of your stuff sub to look into I store as it is what used to be Miller's and now as I store off of Ramona have a wonderful day

Absolutely awesome customer service. Nikki assisted me with my rental truck return and was above and beyond. She was able to get me a partial refund on the fuel due to it not being filled when picked up from a different location, she answered all the questions about the vehicle I had during my trip to include why it wasn't filling all the way when I filled it, what Diesel exhaust fuel is and the customer service was outstanding. This certified retailed was far better than at the actual Penske store I picked up from.

In addition they are centrally located in downtown Monterey with very competitive pricing before units of all different sizes. Their modern safe facilities are further enhanced by the fact they also rent a full line at Penske trucks.

I have used this facility for a couple of years and I'm highly satisfied. They are clean, convenient, and the staff is friendly! In fact, I am about to go increase the size of my storage unit. I might be a slight pack rat!

I was referred to Miller's storage by a friend that said the manager Nicki was helpful and accomadating. I called talked with her and made an appt. To see storage. The facility was clean . I rented a storage late in the day I couldn't quite finish by closing and Nicki stayed a half hour late. She was a Gem. Will refer others to her.

Been using Miller's Storage for at least the last 10 years now. Honestly we only visit occasionally to get stuff out of our unit, but prices and service have all been good. I like that there is an elevator and dollies available for use, and that the units are clean and well lit.
