Paula was absolutely amazing and such a doll. She helped me understand all the dos and don’t, helped me with my entrance code (since I didn’t know how to read haha), gave me tips on how to secure my unit, and ensured I didn’t have any questions. This was my first time renting a unit and she made the overall process go smoothly, not to mention she gave me a call to introduce herself after I had reserved a unit. Highly recommend

We has stored our things with iStorage when we first moved here a few years ago. Recently, we again needed to store our things so first place we went was back to iStorage . Well, It was fantastic the first time and it's so nice to see it hasn't changed one bit. Well, one thing had , the lady in the office wasn't the same as before but Paula was just as friendly, helpful and personable. This is the only place I've stored things at that I never once had concerns or wondered if my things would be or were safe. With so many things out there to worry about now days it's great to know my things safely stored is NOT one of them. iStorage 4th St. Oroville is the best ever ❤ Thank you for the peace of mind 🥰

Always helpful and understanding if a mistake ifs made on your part. We had an error with amount paid due to a phone stopping working so we had no notice of increase in price. Another Storage would have automatically put a lien on it, but the Manager here gave us leniency and understanding instead of grief over the situation. But from what my experience with them says.I s that you are missing is communication between them and there bosses and the people who work at the storage facilities is for the most part nonexistent. I rented from I Storage for about two years in one of their largest units and everything was great. The property manager Lacey was always a delight to deal with. It’s quick and easy to get to especially if you’re coming from out of town. Kept extremely clean which was a plus for me. The one thing I hated was the price. But if I ever had to rent again I’d go there and rent from Lacey! She’s great!

You will NOT find any other storage facilities in town with the gate hours they have which make it easier for any schedule you have to get in or get out especially if you keep your hunting/fishing vessels in the yard

I found myself mesmerized by the knowledge and experience of this young site manager. Lindsey was professional and yet still personable enough to make my family feel very comfortable and welcome. Which is important to me to feel the trust of leaving our possessions in her storage facility. All of our questions were answered with complete knowledge and fast. There was no lagging. The place was clean, well lit, AND SECURE. We are in the campfire area and I will be referring many people from the fire to istorage here and the Oroville one on 5th st (We went there first but he dident have one large enough for our needs. So he called Lindsey himself and arranged for us to go right over. I definately recommend istorage 1st.

The gentleman who answered checked availability at the thermalito facility which had a 10x30 for $99, almost half of what other facilities we're charging. The young lady who works at the thermalito facility was very friendly and helpful and I was set up in no time. This was helpful, after moving 400 miles to find out the house I was supposed to get wasn't ready, I needed storage fast. Thanks again.

My husband and I have been renting from this facility for more years than I can remember (10 years, I believe!) and the manager, Shelli, is very friendly, is always in a happy mood & always there for you. We feel secure renting from American Self Storage. They have electronic gates, recorded video surveillance, bright lighting, convenient office hours & facility times. Best all around. I rented two different storage units there and never had a problem with any aspect from beginning to end, and this was important to me considering I do not live in the area. I never worried about the security of my belongings because they were in capable hands. The Mgmt team went above and beyond to make my experience very positive and if I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I will call Shelli first!!
