I can only say that the attention I received from your staff at Stor-America was much better than I could have imagined. Ther manager, Enerio, was extremely helpful and considerate of my situation. To be specific, I had a crew of movers with a load of boxes for storage, charging me by the minute. Your manager was made aware of this and expedited the paperwork and other processing in record time, saving me money. In addition, after renting the storage unit, and while I was driving up to it with my crew in tow, Enerio drove out to meet us and opened the unit. Your company could use Enerio as a template, as model, or how your employees should treat your customers. I feel very fortunate to have been helped by him and will not hesitate to share my good experiences with him at Stor-America to my friends and congregation. Thank you!

Palm Desert Store America storage is just the average storage. I pay my rent and go organize my things frequently and I get spied on. The lady once told me she was about to call the authorities because she thought I was loitering. I truly was offended. I pay my storage and I should have every right to organize my belongings. Without feeling as if I'm a criminal I'm not the happiest camper around.

Yesterday me and My husband went to Rent a storage unit. Very good safe place. Everything looks clean . The staff Enereo and Stephanie are very friendly and profesional . Not only they helped us decide what storage unit i was gonna need. They also let me borrow a moving van to move all My belongings.

Really great people, clean place, and well taken care of. Moved out here with my boyfriend and it definitely wouldn't have been possible without you guys. They had a really great special going on for October so we paid $30.00 for the month plus a 10 day extension (because we couldn't get into our apt until the beginning of November) and it was still super cheap. But than life happened and our money did not hit our bank in time to pay the day we moved everything out and they were very understandable and gave us over the weekend. Coffee in the office is definitely a plus too. Would recommend these guys any day.

The staff was very friendly and insisted on showing units to confirm it was to my liking and needs they also assisted me with better rates and clearly and concisely explained all the features amenities and regulations regarding the location in addition they sent me a storage moving van to help me move in my stuff which was extremely convenient and helpful

I don't recall the gentleman's name but his initials are JT. He's the manager of your Palm Desert facility. I can't begin to tell you how helpful he has been.....from renting me a large unit and a month later when I moved half the items out.....renting me a smaller unit. Assisting me by letting me use his truck and dolly for a couple of hours to being quick and efficient in the paperwork. Besides, JT is a very nice guy. I am truly impressed with your organization. I'm not sure where these people were renting from a few years ago, but StorAmerica has been a great place to rent from. Management is friendly and I feel comfortable with leaving my belongings here. Never had a problem!

I visited this store today and was very impressed with it's staff. There prices are great for this location since they are so close to the downtown area. I was helped by Jehd and plan on moving all my work vehicle to this facility.

I've been storing here for about 5 years now and I feel safe and welcomed every time. The team here are really kind and helpful. I know they are always trying to meet my needs. As a business owner that has shipment delivered there, I know they are really patient and care about my stuff. I would recommend this site to all my friends and family.
