Your facility treated myself & the people helping me move in with the best of care. The lady running the place on El Cajon Blvd. is very good @ her job & as a person. We were in bad shape & she understood the personality differences in the group & dealt w/each of the dynamics like a pro to calm the chaos. It helped so much & I want her to be recognised for her amazing people skills. People nowadays seem quick to criticise. So, I wanted to take the time to compliment her efforts. Attagirl! The new Manager was very nice, called and checked up on my situation and was helpful. I recently moved to a smaller unit and the front girl was very nice and walked me down personally to show me the new unit and understood that it for me going in dark places is a bit unnerving. Good customer service. The only drawback I mentioned to the manager is that there are no longer trash bins (used to have) to throw away unwanted boxes or trash. I live further away and so I had to load my small vehicle several times back and forth to dispose of a bunch of boxes. We should have at least someway of disposing of trash when we clean or a dumpster in the back to throw unwanted trash (excluding huge furniture or items of course). Thank you!

I have a storage unit here. It is a bit pricey with the 20.00 increase recently but my belongings are secure and I have easy access to them. Need more equipment to lift boxes. A plus is free truck use to move in

Great customer service, I was needing a storage unit but they were at full coal city so I called to let them know I was looking and to call me when the first availability came about. Sure enough, I got a call THE NEXT DAY offering me the single availability they had and not only that but they prorated the days left in July and charged me only $29 for the first month! When I arrived to move in, Chris was exceptional and very courteous in showing me my unit and explaining the details on my stay. Thank you for accommodating my request and calling me right away!

Staff was great.

Been renting there for many years. It's rare to find storage in underground, like an old fall-out shelter. Has two underground levels with vehicle access to upper one. Being underground helps keep temperature down which is important for what I'm storing. Also stays cleaner & dryer than all previous storage places I've used.

Excellent place to store your stuff friendly office staff, competitive pricing, freight availability for all size units,. Place looks tiny from the street view but huge underground with two levels of underground storage.highly recommend the move-in special was fantastic and includes insurance and the administration fee I love that as all the other places a1 cube smart all charge an admin fee and separate insurance on top of the rental having this all included saved a lot of money.

This place is great! Jasmine was very helpful with accommodating to my uncle's needs and concerns. She seemed to be very busy when we arrived but didn't think twice about making sure we were satisfied. This place is both affordable and in a convenient location.

Hidden in the smart and final lot off El Cajon Blvd. This place offers the cheapest, cleanest and friendliest storage units. Very well maintained and they even have a free moving truck for you to use, free has up to 20 miles upon reservation. Anytime you need to move stuff to the storage unit you can reserve this truck. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Professional staff and the information provided was as described on the phone and in person. The rental process was smooth and took very little time (perhaps 15 minutes). The access and hours of the storage facility is great for future items to add or remove. The price was fair and the current sales offer was explained and applied to my contract.

They were very friendly and helpful, didn't need the ridiculous deposit that some other storage places ask for and your stuff is safer than in those places you even need an access code to get into where the storage rooms are at and it's all underground so you know your things are safe from the elements.

The staff is very helpful especially Tika, just her smile alone and the way she ensures you get what you need.

Okay, I've only had the unit one day, but I must say that the security is very good and the unit was very clean--no dust, no bugs, nothing at all but a space, and guarded by an impregnable lock (at least, the one I bought from them) and steel roll up door. Underground, with a drop down gate that is likewise protection against any assault. Drive down the ramp, park by your unit, or the elevators (if your space is on the second floor down), and drop off your stuff. What could be easier? Iridian was very professional and organized (I signed more papers than for a bank loan, but that's ok), and didn't waste my time. The fact that they are present on site and one is never without resort to help is very encouraging. Yes, the normal price is pretty steep, but their first month and six month prices are outstanding. I guess the question is, how much is your stuff worth?

I give All-American Self Storage 5 stars because they are very understanding at my situation as far as paying my bill is concerned. Way to go All-American Self Storage! "Great Job!"
