I want to thank ritespace storage for being there when I needed them,I needed a small storage and couldn't find one,they saved my life and had one for me.all climate controlled,and lite up. If your looking to store something I'd recommend this storage to anyone,ounce again thanj you ritespace.

We have had two storage units for months and the office staff accommodated me and my mom who is 86 years old and gave me one entry code to get into the building where I have unit and my mom has unit. Throughout these months, the staff was friendly and helpful. I pay for one and my mom pays for another. We got a third storage unit because we are selling my mom's property and needed more space. We also told the staff that we were going to moving out possibly of state and that we needed space for her belongings. Recently, we needed another storage unit and in between visits the facility put up fences to only have one entrance and exit through the front. Inconvenient, but okay. When we got the third storage unit which is bigger to do some adjustments with belongings, the one girl at the office said that she would put entrance code as the others. I said great. We let her know that we put an offer on house in Oklahoma and that we would be having to arrange movers to get the belongings. We were told at this time that they do not allow any big size moving trucks except for maybe a uhaul size truck (no pods or moving vans aloud on property.) I can understand that too except for the fact we are now inconvenienced again and having to spend more money to get the belongings to another location. Then today my code didn't work for the new unit, which we were told it would be my same code. However, another girl at the desk said oh...you can't have one code because 2 units are in my mom's name, and one is in yours. Again, another inconvenience because it is not my 86-year-old mom doing any of the moving. I would say that if you have minimal stuff and will be staying local in Hemet and San Jacinto this is a good facility; however, if you are planning to store belongings and then move out of state or even have bigger home moves outside of area this is not the location for you. I learned the hard way and I would hate for others to follow suit. This creates more financial accrued costs for moving.

We needed a bigger storage and staff at this location really made the process of moving to a bigger unit very smooth and easy. Great Job Right Space Storage!

I looked a lot online for storages and this was by far the most reasonable.as far as the customer service it was above and beyond excellent. It was very busy . It was also an hour before closing they handle it very well very professional and above all very courteous.. I am without a doubt very pleased that I picked right play storage... I cannot express enough about the customer service being polite courteous friendly and helpful.. I am a new customer I just signed up and that was my first experience..

This place is clean and appears quiet. The "isles" (rows?) are really big so theres actually some room that can be used without having to worry about being in someone's way.

Friendly professional people behind the counter. The facility is clean. They called to alert me that I had no lock on my unit. It was empty but could have been filled with stuff that could have been stolen. Thanks for looking out for my interest. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars, cannot access storage 24 hours a day. 24 hour access would bring 6 stars.

Forgive me for forgetting the man behind the counters name. He handled our arrangements to rent a storage unit in a professional and courteous manner. I found the storage facility clean and well marked. My unit was very clean and ready for my stuff.
