The 5x5 unit, similar to a small closet, is great for storing items like a dresser, a small bookshelf, and a few moving boxes. If you need more space, our 5x15 units, comparable to a walk-in closet, can comfortably hold furnishings from a one-bedroom apartment, including a sofa, mattresses, and numerous large boxes.
Explore our Medium Self Storage Units, from sizes 10x10 to 10x15. The 10x10 unit, about half the size of a one-car garage, can easily store two bedrooms' worth of furniture – think nightstands, bedframes, mattresses, dressers, and a mix of medium and large moving boxes. Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Got me setup quick. Took me through the paces and were professional. Fabiola was fabulous.
Had two units here from about Feb 2019 to Nov 2021. They are the best price for the size and features in the area. Decent security and clean hallways. Only detractors are the limited hours of access--they close around 7pm most days and inaccessible on the "major" holidays, which was hard to check what holidays that included. Only other issue was the seemingly annual raising of the rate which was ONLY communicated via snail mail even though staff would call to remind about payments. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would rent again.

I love using your self storage facility. Conveniently located in Tustin, close to 55 fwy. The storage buildings are clean and offer a large dolly in each building to provide a convenient transfer of my positions from my car to the storage unit.

Easy process nice staff
When you need something quick to store all your sentimental things or just for making room in your own house temporarily, these guys come thru and are very knowledged on price and how it all works with payments dates and the do and fonts of it all. It's fast and there's always a cart available for moving your stuff to storage. They'll even drop off a truck in front of your house for a few hours while you load your goods into it then they come back and get it and drive it to the storage for you. Saves on renting a moving truck. They are courteous and kind people to do business from. Now that I'm all packed up. I can relax. Thanks guys!
