Fast process the front desk receptionist answered all my questions i was in the office for 5 min after that stored my things and i was off whole thing to like 8 min

Rebekah is always so friendly and helpful! We moved spaces after life storage got bought out and drastically increased their prices. We have had one rent increase since being with secure care but the friendly staff, locked gates, and security makes it well worth it.

I was having some major health issues and unfortunately was unable to take care of my storage like I needed to and she worked with us and got it to the point where we were able to get our Storage stuff back, as it was our business and my medical supplies like I said she was amazing. I would go back to her storage unit 1 million times if I could. I love this storage place I have been with them for about a year now. The grounds are kept up, the facility is outstanding as well as the staff. They where very informative about the costban what it would be every month. I would recommend this facility to anyone

Property manager was amazing. So friendly. The property is kept clean and I was very confident my things would be taken care of. I did find it difficult to get in touch with them electronically and had issues with SecurCare's phone system when trying to set up my rental contract. They launched a new system recently and it made it very easy to do things online. If I was still in the area, I would definitely use them again.

The unit I rented was clean and they have an app to open the gate that is very easy to use. Best service ever from the site manager.

My space is great. I can drive right up and unload my stuff. I booked the whole thing online after talking to a nice rep on the phone. Super easy even without having to go into the office at all which was closed at the time I needed to rent my space. Super convenient, very clean space and easy coding system to get in/out. Highly recommend.

We had a large storage area at this facility and downsized to a smaller one and Doug helped us do that smoothly, he even blew out our new storage with a leaf blower! Recently we had an autopayment not go through due to a credit that disturbed our autopay. Again Doug was there and in a couple minutes had it all straightened out and things back to normal!
