Getting my account set up took less than 5 minutes. The location was right around the corner from my house and even though they were having staffing shortages the manager got to the property before I had finished unpacking. Great customer service, great price!

Good location. No clue on whether it's a good storage unit or not, but I could not get in touch with the local office to answer a simple question. Several unanswered voicemails. All calls get routed to their national call center which is pretty worthless. So if you need to get ahold of a human, I recommend finding a different location, because nobody is home at this one! UPDATE: once you cut through the corporate maze and can get to the local store operator, Linda, she's great. She cut through all the red tape for us and got our slot sorted out.

The property Manager Linda was more than helpful when assisting me with finding a storage unit. This was my first time needing a unit and she was patient with me and took the time to show me the differences in sizes, so I ended up saving money as I thought I needed a bigger unit.

Always a good experience here especially with Alan, good management makes all the difference! Only complaint I have is on the pot holes, please make a better attempt at fixing your lot guys! Upper management, where the heck are you only upper management is responsible for that....get on it please it's not a good situation honestly. 5 stars though because onsite management is excellent!!

Management is great. How ever there are a lot of pot holes some are very deep and wide hard to miss driving over one or two.

This storage unit is affordable, and the staff is thorough. I didn't update my card for auto-pay and completely forgot about this bill. I was notified with a call and was able to get my account up to date and set back up on auto-pay with ease. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this facility!

Good storage unit great staff

SecureCare Self Storage on 4729 Astrozon Blvd Colorado Springs, CO 80916 was great to me. I had no problems with the unit or with their service. I was able to set up my contract on-line and all of my questions were quickly answered by the property manager. In addition, as a military member, I was given a military discount. Their service was top notch and I'd definitely rent there again.

The manager at this SecurCare Self Storage is the most amazing manager I have met in a long time. She is so respectful and understanding especially when it comes to handling my husband and myself. Everytime anyone asks me about if I know a storage facility I always recommend this location. Hands down Anna the manager deserves a raise.

Everyone is very polite and respectful. I had to fill out some paperwork that I didn't understand, they helped me with it. We don't have to worry about our stuff in our unit because we know it's safe.

I needed a larger storage unit for a little while when I was moving. Duncan was very nice and helpful from check in to check out. I would recommend this place! The only minor drawback is that the location isn't the best and it is a little hard getting into it, especially from westbound Astrozon. The price and unit were nice though and the service was good!

If you need storage and want the best go see Duncan and Darth, Darth is the Security pup but as Duncan says “Bring him a ham and cheese sandwich he Darth will help you load or unload your stuff. The site is clean and Duncan and Pattie are well just the Best

The manager at this place is GREAT. She has helped me on more than one occasion and I have moved and then gone back there for the customer service. She gets to know you and takes pride in her place.
