This storage facility is secure and well kept. And the on-site staff are very helpful. The price is reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Today I had to go in and change my address and phone number and I can't tell you how nice the lady was that helped me she's lives on the property and is the property manager she was very kind and professional and I'm so glad I got to meet her. People need to be more like her when it comes to customer service. I feel very safe and secure knowing that all my things are in a place that I don't have to worry about them.

Very good experience. Staff was always friendly and kind. Had a storage unit for several months. I hated paying for storage when I had plenty of room at my house. Arranging and accomplishing the move was the problem. I did not have a choice about which company we used, but I did have to pay and it was in my name. I had the unit much longer than I wanted. I had to wait through winter. Finally moved out first week of May. I felt the price was too high for small space without climate control. However, I believe my stored property was always secure, clean and dry. Also, I felt that I was safe, as a woman, alone, every time I visited the location.

We called and spoke with Laticia. She was friendly and responsive to our needs. The location of our rental is in Pueblo Colorado the on site representative called us within a half hour to confirm our reservation. so far a very good experience.

4x3 and 8x4 Units are by appointment only. Great for storing expensive valuables. Very secure. Only accessible through the main office.

Priced right for the size of storage space needed. Only thing I can complain about is the times that your allowed to get access to my unit, closed on Sundays, no access allowed.

On site representative was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, helpful and personable. She escorted me to a sample of the storage unit I was considering to ensure the size/dimensions would meet my needs. At the conclusion of the administrative paperwork, she walked me to my assigned unit to ensure it was clean and ready for move in; took additional time to review how to close and lock the unit securely. This might be the friendliest business in Pueblo! We had some car trouble while towing a camper and ended up here hoping to rent a U-Haul truck. While they didn't have a truck available, they were extremely helpful and, what I can only describe as, neighborly. In the end we left our camper there to continue our vacation with friends and planned to rent a truck to drive it home in a few days. My brother ended up being able to pick it up and while we offered to compensate them for the storage they absolutely refused - and cheerfully at that. Pueblo is lucky to have this business!

I called Armor Storage on a Saturday afternoon, five minutes before the office closed. I explained that I was in an urgent situation, and the office staff agreed to wait for me to get there and rent me a unit, even though it was closing time. I was able to be there in just a few minutes, but after the rental process was complete, the ladies had been there an extra 30 minutes past closing in order to rent me the unit, and they were very friendly and very pleasant to deal with! That is the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time! It meant a lot to me that day, as the situation called for me moving some things last minute, and needed to be done that day.

Owners live on site, 90 cameras everywhere. There are units that are temp controled. Owners were amazingly nice and accommodated me more than I asked. They gave advise and were extremely kind. There is a pass code individualized for each renter to prevent theft. Awesome company!

This is by far the best place for storage in Pueblo West. The staff is extremely professional and very friendly. They will bend over backwards to make sure you have the best possible experience.

I have had some not so great experiences in the past with storage units. This place has changed my opinion on them completely! The staff is wonderful and they are super easy to work with. If you need to switch units it’s hassle free. I will be suggesting them to friends and family in the area. Everything is reasonably priced. Probably the best storage in the Pueblo/Colorado Springs area!

Armor storage is in a great location for Borge Pueblo and Pueblo west, the facilities are very well maintained and the units are new as well. The rates aren’t bad at all, very competitive prices.
