Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.
Jack, the manager, made sure I could operate the gate code and the garage door lock. He drove over on my first visit to make sure all went smoothly. I feel safe and everything is spotless.

Jack made our bad day better with his upbeat and helpful attitude. The location itself is easy to get to with easy inress/egress with a traffic light. The interior of the rental office was clean and tidy. We would definitely rent here again.

I had an excellent experience with this location. On Saturday, trucks were scarce and Uhaul found me a 26 foot truck that I could pick up at this location. My first moving job took longer than expected and I wasn’t going to get there until after close. Jack set the rental up on a 24 hour mobile contract. I was able to pick up the truck and complete the next job. We were really saved by his actions. The truck was clean and we had no complaints. 6/5 stars!!

They went out of their way to be helpful, and now that I've compared different self-storage companies, I've learned they are way ahead of the competition, not only in price and value, but far superior in the quality of the product such as convenience, access, amenities, etc.
My experience started the day before as Jack reached out to me to confirm my arrival. Very pleasant conversation. The day of, Michael helped with all paperwork, which was very smooth and fast. Michael made sure I was taken care of, he even came by while I loaded the storage unit to offer water. Later he stopped by to check on me as I had ‘pocket’ dialed the office (more than once) to make sure everything was ok. ‘Sorry Michael’.

I had an emergency and found myself in need to store everything due to a legal problem with the property I was buying. This info I found out at 3:00 on the day before the movers were to be there to move me. I went to google to get recommendations. Hide-Away popped up. I needed two storage units. Jack worked with me and by 5:30 that evening I was set. The worked with me through the whole stay. Their units are spotless! Any questions I had they knew the answers.
