If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

I drove around all morning to find a single unit to rent. That's it, nothing complicated just one little 10×20 storage unit. Every place I visited was either closed during open hours or would say one thing online but be another in store. I pulled into iStorage and instantly got good vibes. I liked the space between the units, and having a large van pulling a trailer, I needed it. I walked in and Vanessa greeted me with a smile. She went through our different options and I was surprised to find out I had so many. Long story long, I went with a basic 10x20 unit for a really good monthly price that is exactly what I needed. And it didn't hurt that Vanessa had me laughing through the whole process 😁 thank you so much!

Terry and Edward have always been extremely helpful and kind, and the facility is extremely well run. A+++ customer service and great security cameras! The video camera surveillance saved us $$$ when a trucking company tried to lie about how many hours a delivery job took. Istorage was quick to send the footage to us and after providing proof, the trucking company backed down. I know my stuff is safe here and that Terry is watching out for us!

I came into the office and was greeted by Terry with a smile and a very outgoing personality. First of all Terry asked how my day was going so far with honest enthusiasm. I mentioned that we had recently rented a 10X10 storage unit and realized it was much too big for our needs. Terry right away responded with “Let’s see what we can do to help you with that”. Terry proceeded to offer possible options in a smaller unit and offered to show them all to me so I could achieve the perfect fit for my current and future needs. Terry also went beyond my expectations to locate a unit closest to my current unit to help make my moving my stuff to the new unit easier. Terry took a few minutes to take me to the unit to confirm it would work well for my needs. We went back to the office and Terry proceeded to process the transfer from one unit to the other, explaining in detail everything she was doing. Needless to say I could not be any happier! I hope to be able to have Terry help me with all my future Storage and U-Haul needs.

We've had storage units here since before iStorage bought this location. Our experience with iStorage has been very pleasant. The entire place is kept clean. The guys, Kelly and Terry, are so easy to deal with and they go out of their way to help in any way they can. When we thought about moving since we live across town now, we actually decided to stay because of Kelly and Terry. I would recommend this storage facility over any other!
We have been customers here for over a decade. When iStorage took over the business, that's when we noticed a huge difference. The 2 guys in the office, Kelley & Terry, couldn't be better guys. Awhile back my family was going through a hard time that I don't want to go into here, but Kelley & Terry went out of there way to help us. They constantly made sure we were OK, & took care of us. The storage units are clean, we never had a problem with water damage, but most important is the customer service. Those guys go above & beyond for you. Registration, payment, confirmation on line was quick and easy. Upon opening my assigned unit there was 4 live wasp nests. I was able to knock down 3 of them but I couldn’t reach the 4th one which is attached to the sprinkler system.
I have been a loyal iStorage customer for the last 6 years and always had good experiences working with both Terry and Kelly. They are friendly, equally professional and respectful in all dealings, even with Uhaul and moving up and down in unit sizes. Hopefully the owner and executive management are keeping up with current Florida pay rates, because we would consider offering them jobs! 🤣👍🏽

So far so good. Terry was super nice and quick. The gates are a little frustrating. They tell you you’re not allowed to exit from the entry gate, but then the exit gates were both closed. Kind of defeats the purpose of the gates when they don’t work, it’s just more of a hassle. But Terry was great

The closing dates on both sales was changed several times. In the midst of ALL this confusion, there was ONE positive! Our Stuff was safe and secure at IStorage! NO Dust, No Bugs, NO MESS! Shawn was great and very helpful. We were traveiling in from out of state on the day that the Sunshine Skyway was closed , traffic was awful! We called to tell him and he waited for us to get there to sign our contract for our unit. We can't thank him or IStorage enough!
They were great to work with. Very accommodating and made sure I got two units close together which was a big help. Loretta is the onsite manager and she’s great. Give her a call. We compared other storage places in the area and they had the best rates...first month free even...and the place is clean and well secured.

I have no complaints of my experience with Istorage. The day I got my unit I had just gotten out of a bad situation and the staff was helpful in helping me figure out the best size unit that was within my budget. The unit was just the size I needed and worked out great. I see some reviews stated homeless people. I saw a few but they had access codes to let themselves in so i wouldn't necessarily complain as they are people in need of a place to keep their things as i once was. The site manager was extremely nice and helpful when it came to me closing my unit out as I no longer needed it. The specials, prices and convenience of location was great for me!

The on site Manager was very knowledgeable and efficient. During my recent visit to Istorage Bradenton I was looking for a storage unit and a Uhaul to use for my in town move. I was greeted and helped immediately in finding the right unit that worked for me. The facility is very clean and well secured. I felt very confident that my belongings would be safe and secure. The manager made sure to check any promotions that were going on as well which is obviously excellent. Overall, I'd highly recommend anyone looking to rent a Uhaul or a storage unit to us Istorage Bradenton. You will not be disappointed!

Went through istorage to rent a U-haul. Everything went very smooth. Was able to reserve truck from there location on Sr-64 and pick up at another location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Stopped in to this location as I will be needing storage within the next few months . I was greeted by Kayla who answered all my questions and even showed me a few different size units to determine exactly what size I will need . Kayla was the most helpful individual that I have encountered in quite some time . I will be back to rent with Kayla , but in the meantime if you need storage , stop in and see Kayla , shes incredible .

We had our stuff all stored here, for over a year. We had more expensive unit because large and was temperature regulated. The employees are very helpful and accommodating!! They Always took care of us!! Where do you now on the bottom right side if you're up looking at the storage units, even with Irma last year it never flooded. Will go back if I ever need a storage unit again!!!

I've been renting here for years and have never had a problem with the facilities but it gets a three-star rating because the staff can sometimes be short with you and are not good at communicating or getting questions answered for you when you need them. Also they took away the public restroom there all in an effort to save some money which is a big deal for someone who visits their storage unit on a regular basis
I had an unfavorable beginning and wasted a lot of time. The company has issues with their online bookings that they tell me are being corrected. I was directed by corporate office to go speak with the store manager to correct issues. Today I spoke to the store manager Jonathan and we resolved our issues. I am happy with the outcome and they lived up to their compromising promise to correct the issue. I believe we will continue to have a good working relationship. My rating will increase as the company proves that this was just an unfortunate experience.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. When I walked in I was greeted by Pete. I told him the general items I would need to store and he helped me decide on a vehicle to rent. He also helped me to choose the appropriate storage size unit. He was very personable and actually quite funny. It was nice to have such great customer service since this was my first time needing storage and I wasn't quite sure what I was doing. Very accommodating to our needs. When we moved here, we originally reserved a 10 x 10 unit, and quickly realized (when the moving truck drove into iStorage) that it wasn't big enough. No problem; management seamlessly changed our reservation to a 10 x 15. 6 months later, and after several weekends of culling our accumulated junk, we wanted to go down to a 10 x 10. No problem again, management actually gave us the use of both units for over a week, for us to manage the transfer, at no cost. Facility is modern, clean, and very secure. Recommend to anyone!
