Office staff is awesome. Answered all my questions. Very helpful. Only concern I have is being on the third floor and no hard ceiling if the roof blows off in a storm or leaks my stuff might get wet.

From the first time I walked thru the door of Hide-Away Storage and was greeted with a warm friendly smile from Crystal and Tera I felt like this was a place I would be comfortable to do business with. Everything was neat and tidy both outside and inside. My purpose for being there was to watch over a storage large unit leased by a relative who had moved away and was storing her furniture there pending moving it to her new location. From start to finish my experience during several visits to the facility was excellent. The climate controlled units, and 24/7 access is secure and high tech controlled. Crystal and Tera are very knowledgeable and provided accurate and timely response to my questions and issues involving eventual moving of the contents of the unit to new location in Northern Florida. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing short or long term climate controlled storage space. I definitely rate it with five stars.

04/18/22 Best storage facility in Cape Coral!! The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. My safety and that of my belongings is important to them. The building and parking area are clean and well lit. I like that this organization is based on Christian beliefs of community.

My experience was wonderful. Mr. Luchan explained everything to me in detail and I was very satisfied with the service and the monthly cost of the unit. I had to move to a smaller place and I am very happy to have found Hide-Away Storage because it is about two blocks from where I moved. The fact that I have 24 hour access also makes me very happy. I was very nervous because I had to downsize for financial reasons and Mr. Luchan made me feel at ease.

2nd positive experience for us at Hide-Away on Del Prado & Diplomat! Clean, efficient, helpful!! Reserving and then contracting a storage unit is so simple. Our first experience was storing household furniture/goods during a sale and disbursement of personal property to kids. It was a 2-3 month rental of a 10x10 space. Handcarts readily available, 24 hr access, boxes and packing supplies available for sale in house- very convenient; very positive experience! This time renting a 5x5 while our RV is being repaired/serviced - needed to declutter for work to be completed. Indoor, climate-controlled space that is extremely clean for our “stuff” is ideal! Again, very very pleased👍🏻

Just finished renting a unit there for about a year. Service was excellent when starting our account even during the pandemic. Closing our account was super easy also. Very friendly employees, pest control done in buildings and in units upon request. Defiantly would go back again. Building is well taken care of and clean.

I have rented from many storage facilities over the years and this Hide-Away and it’s staff are “hands down” the best I have ever stored at!!! They truly care about their customers. The manager went as far as, personally, assisting with mine and others move-in to help facilitate a smooth unloading. There were a few people unloading and It was a hot day-he brought us all cold water bottles. The staff was always around and asking how things were and if there was anything’s they could do. Highly recommend

Very nice place the staff is Courteous and patient, I had to locate my home insurance documents it took several times to send to them. He stepped me through the rules and the informed me of their lock type. Afterward he removed his lock and showed me how to get in the gate. Very nice job and half price the first month. Yay

Wow, are they ever awesome here?! Jim gave us 10 star treatment while we moved into our new storage unit yesterday! My mom has a hard time walking and he offered us a wheelchair for her without me even asking. Jim checked in with us at least 4 times while we filled our unit to make sure we were doing okay. He carefully and throughly explained everything to us. I can not give Jim enough credit for his outstanding customer service! Hide-a-way Storage is lucky to have him as an employee!
