Just started renting a unit, but so far very happy with the experience. Daniel was very helpful with getting everything set up and showing me around. I put my first car load of stuff in my unit by myself on Sunday. No problems and felt comfortable.

The general manager, Jarmane, is the smartest and best reason we rented here. Location, cleanliness, climate controlled, lighting, safety and security, extended hours, convenient elevator, covered unloading/loading, manicured grounds…all have professional attention to detail. Thanks Jarmane!

Professional Polite Caring Spotless facility Would not go anywhere else for my storage needs

This is the best storage facility in Brevard County hands-down! Their fair honest great customer service the place is clean. I drive all the way over from Viera just to work with them multiple times throughout the years because every other storage facility of Brevard County is a headache and they charge way too much money and they have horrible customer service But not these guys Cocoa Beach for life!

The place is great on its own, but the woman running it is probably one of the most diligent and competent people we've worked with. Helped us make sure we didn't forget anything and followed up with us far more often than our tiny unit's rental amounts probably warranted. Facility also has an app and such to get in which is cool. Solid, clean, storage units with well controlled climates if you're on the beach.

Southern Self Storage helped me find a large rental unit on the First Floor when I pulled up with a Full u-Haul, with a Hurricane approaching! Austin looked at the u-Haul, showed me the appropriate unit that was available & Erin registered me & I was unloading in 15 minutes! Very expeditious, very courteous and very professional!!

Over a period of 4 years I rented two different size storage units through Southern Self Storage and couldn't have been happier. I reserved the unit online first, and then went to the storage facility to see the unit (and other size options) before completing the paperwork. Being able to reserve it online first without requiring a credit card is very convenient. There is limited parking, but it hasn't been an issue so far.

I can see why they get positive reviews. All questions answered, user friendly, very clean and accommodating, and no interruptions or distractions during my purchase of services. Once I finished my purchase Bob gave me a tour of the facility where I found the storage areas to be extremely clean and convenient, large hospital sized elevator to access the upper floors, numerous carts to handle transport of stored items, very convenient at outside door access vehicle loading and unloading, and very safe and well lighted areas. Large easily traveled hallways with male and female restrooms on the storage floors. Again, User friendly !!!! First impressions deserved 10 Stars. Staff are keepers !!! Highly impressed and happy with my choice. Recommend strongly.

After my home burned down, I had to find a safe place to store the few personal items that survived the fire, particularly, my music equipment. Honestly, I have been so blown away by the professionalism and courtesy with which ALL employees at Southern Self Storage have treated myself and my entire family. I live 40 minutes away but it was worth the drive to work with people who are trustworthy and accommodating. I drove by Cube Smart many times but this time I stopped my car @ my friends' insistence. We met manager Bridget Ausmus in the parking lot helping a customer. She came right over to us & talked to us right away. My friend was encouraging me to get a cube but I wasn't sure until Bridget made me feel comfortable w/her easy-going gentle humor. I left there an hour later w/a unit of my own to do whatever I wanted except, as I was told I couldn't live there. My friend was so impressed w/the cleanliness, safety, & convenience of getting a cube so quickly. I was just happy to have a place to store my stuff until I decide my next move. Many thanks to Bridget for helping us that day in Cocoa Beach since she just happened to be down from her New Smyrna store helping them out. We left her feeling so happy @ the decision we made & knowing we had made a special friend in Bridget that day.
