Great facility, super friendly and responsive team, and competitively priced. Highly recommend.

It was relatively easy to rent the unit. I had no issues with that and the man working was very nice and helpful. But my unit was dirty. There was dirt and dead bugs on the floor. The ceiling and walls have holes in them. Other than that it's quiet and not to busy. And I'm paying a great price for a good size unit.

Jax helped me get my unit situated when there was a leak in my unit. Got me set up in a new unit same day too.

The manager (Jax) is an absolute joy to work with. We have an oversized RV and he spotted me while I backed it in and he gave me a ride in the golf cart back to my car. My wife called from Virginia to rent a storage room for an item that is 84" tall and she said she got confirmation that it will fit in a 10x20 room and we were all set- the price was great and we were happy. When we arrived, I immediately could see that the item was going to be too tall to fit in the rooms I was seeing, so we were a little worried because our item was arriving the next morning. We met with Dave, who measured the door on the room we were supposed to have and sure enough, it was about 80" and would not work. My wife was in a bit of a panic and I figured we would just have to find another facility, but Dave's wheels were turning and he found us a unit that was larger, with a larger opening that would easily fit our item. Dave called the manager and together, they worked out a price that was agreeable to all of us and again, we were all set. We told Dave we didn't need the unit cleaned out (the last occupant left some junk in it) because our item would fit with plenty of room, but after we left Dave cleaned out the entire thing and it looked great the next morning when we arrived. We are so happy the way things worked out and we so appreciate how hard Dave worked to make us happy and to get our stuff safely stored. Dave's manager was excellent too- as a matter of fact, everyone my wife spoke with at Hide-Away was super nice and very, very, helpful. What a great team! They take pride in helping people and they do it really, really, well. Thanks Dave and team, we certainly appreciate everything you did for us and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Great company to wirk with in storing my items. Very customer friendly and provide great items for use in helping with your storage unit. Keep you updated on what is changing there and information for to does with your storage during hurricanes. Was a long time customer, loved my unit and it's location. Hated to have to move my stuff out and one roim in my home now become a storage unit. But, my job was eliminated and I had to cut corners on finances. I would and will return to using them when I can again.

Even though they were overall a great place to store my camper. I didn't like that every six months the raised my rates. I think any storage place that charges over $140 and more for a uncovered parking space is crazy. That's why I left and won't return.

Everything about the place is nice and convenient the reason for leaving is the constant increases in price of the unit. Over the course of the past three years the price had increased over $30 I believe.

The company in Ellenton FL is a fine well maintained storage facility. Easy to access any of the storage units within the facility. Hideaway employees are all top-notch....whenever I had a thought or issues. Great job.

I was traveling from out of state and had a storage building reserved for me, in the Ellenton office but I was running behind and panicking that they would close before I got there. I made a call to let them know and Tracy addressed all my issues and put me at ease that everything would work out. I even had to change the size of the unit and was losing my mind with worry. She took the time to make sure I was ok and told me most importantly to be careful. She would be there. I had movers coming at the same time and was trying to beat them there. That didn’t happen but again she made sure all was ok. Once I arrived she was waiting for me and had everything ready. We got everything done in no time and she just kept reassuring me the whole time. She went above and beyond what one would expect and I may have even made a new friend my first day in town. It could not have gone better than this. I would recommend anyone to this storage and can’t wait to see who I can send their way!!

We just rented a space for enclosed trailer. Price is good, facility is clean and well-protected. Tracey helped us and was great to assist with getting everything set up. There are on-site bathrooms and they even have a trailer you can use if you need to haul something quick. They have great “values and mission” statements reflected in their business practice with the public!

Made a cross-country move and needed immediate storage and access for 72' semi. Contacted early morning and worked with myself and movers in securing a solution immediately with exceptional service. Extremely pleased with the immediate response, and resolution. Remained in the facility for six months and everyone is very polite, courteous and helpful. Great facility. Attentive, helpful staff; especially Jon. I have dealt mostly with Jon. Secure, clean, well lit, tidy corridors; with carts and stepstools available. Very happy with this Hide Away.

From our first contact to the day we moved our boat out of the Ellenton facility we could not have been happier with this Hide-A-Way! This company far exceeded my expectations! During a recent move, we went with the mobile storage option from Hideaway to save us multiple trips to a storage unit. The units were delivered on time and picked up punctually (which in today's world, is a rarity!). Communication from the staff was wonderful and the man who delivered and picked up was very friendly. Every step of the process was a pleasure in dealing with Hideaway. Hopefully I will never have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely use them again!

Very clean and secure. I had my boat stored there outside and never had any problems.If I ever need storage again I will defiantly come back.
