I lived next to this cubesmart for 7 years and thought to myself “one day I’m going to need them”, we’ll today is that day! I’m getting ready to move and my new place is under construction and won’t be ready until next month🤞🙏🏽. To avoid paying another months rent I throughly I called the headquarters of cubesmart to get rate. The rate was surprisingly low and they threw in a 10% discount. However I was still having doubts about if this was a wise decision because it gave my wife some worry. My wife and I brainstorm and figured we could possibly save us $700 in the long run if everything worked out how we hoped, but this came at the expense of risking our comfort. To be honest I still don’t know if it’s all going to work out because of the unknown variables, yet the people at cubesmart helped ease some of our discomfort. The general manager PJ was super energetic and kind upon my arrival. She made me feel at peace from the moment I entered the office. I explained my wife and I situation and she offered her advice without bias. Once I made the decision to wait just a little while longer before moving forward she wished me well, didn’t haggle me and offered me some hope even though the units were selling fast. Once we finally made our decision PJ made the lease signing process very simple and quick. She answered all my questions and got me a the best deal for my dollar. I love meeting people that not only care about their job, but their customers as well. Thanks PJ and thank you Cubesmart!

I just rented a space. The manager PJ was extremely informative, friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain all to me. Also, showed me the security system and how to access my space easily. The building is clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this storage facility to all.

I needed a storage unit asap and went online to fill out my info, which is an awesome experience as well. Got all my info plugged in and paid my fee for the month. About 10 minutes later PJ called me to let me know they got the information and if there was anything I needed that I could call anytime. I went to the location to get access to the unit and PJ was still there, she's a very respectful and professional person, just sweet as can be. We chatted for a few minutes and she showed me how to use the gate code and took me to my unit. We had some concern about the unit we bought because it was located in a hallway with tight access. She showed me some other units that were drive up, but I settled on the one I purchased online. She said if I have issues when I bring my belongings to inform her or someone else and they will try and get us into a open unit that will work. Overall amazing place. Couldn't have asked for a better first impression than the one I got today! Absolutely recommended this storage facility!!!

If you are looking fir a storage facility cubesmart is hands down the best facility. Not only is it spotless, the manager PJ is wonderful to work with. She is so pleasant , and always willing to help if you have questions or an issue. I was also out in the heat at the end of the day and when she was leaving, she stopped and helped me put a large piece of furniture in my warehouse. I’m really happy that with Company change, PJ has made it so easy and great to work with. I’d never use another storage facility. If you need storage, give PJ a call!!

From start to finish the service was incredible. While going through a divorce my wife went against the divorce agreement by putting my items in storage without my consent. I found out by getting a call from CubeSmart letting me know that I had to pick up the items or the storage unit would be auctioned off. They were empathetic and understanding throughout the process. They worked with me as best as they could within their guidelines and offered amazing service from start to finish. Eric, Jaime, Mary & P.J. were all incredible! We have had multiple storage units at Storesmart now Cubesmart and have been a customer since 2015. Over the years we have had several managers , all who have been quite helpful. However, since Eric and his staff have “been on board” we have felt as though our storage space is an annex to our home.The comfort of knowing our belongings are in good hands and the facility is run to its highest standard with a friendly and helpful team makes our experience above the bar! We recently had an unfortunate happening and had to move and store contents of our entire home.. Eric and Judy made our emergency as smooth as possible.... with true compassion and support. It is rare to meet such fine people... much less having the honor of doing business with them. Any company to employ such gems is a lucky one indeed!!!!

Staff that were informed about what I needed and helpful. And the rates, even if a few dollars more serve a clientele that are not putting trash and boxes away for 15 years. So clean here.
