Dayna has been nothing but helpful throughout my process do storing my belongings at this iStorage site in FWB. The location is in a convenient site, across from the Sam’s Club, and looks to be in maintained condition. Elevator is a bit slow and the dolly’s are a bit old, but nothing too problematic during the moving process!

I've been renting from iStorage for quite sometime now and have been very pleased with with the facility and the property manager, Dayna. She runs the place very well, she's professional, kind, goes above and beyond to assist with her customers. If you're in need of a storage, id definitely recommend stopping and taking with Dayna. Dana at the IStorage facility on Beal in Fort Walton Beach is wonderful. I was cleaning out my storage locker and misplaced the lock in one of my boxes. This was afterhours. and I had to leave it unlocked until I could go through the boxes and find it. The first thing next morning Dana was calling me to make sure it was me that had been in the unit. She was on the ball! She verified it was me, and asked what she could do to help me. She let me know that she is on the floor frequently and very aware of anything out of order in her facility. I am so thankful! Kudos! We have been customers for several years and I don't think I would trust my items for storage anywhere else. Serious customer service!

Dayna and her team members are just that, a TEAM! Always friendly and warm. And helped with any issue that we ever had. She was a ray of sunshine even as we lost our home and struggled to stand back up. I'd give her and your company ten stars if I could. She is truly professional and truly dedicated to the customers happiness.

Personable, helpful staff at great rates!

I had a great experience over the almost 2 years I was with this storage unit. Other then A few times the area in front of my unit was dirty, I have had no complaints. However the move out process was not clear and the refund process for getting back an extra month paid in advance has been sloppy and a headache. I still haven’t been refunded and we have been in contact 20 different calls. Excuses range from “the check was sent to the wrong address” “the check is in the mail currently” to “amount was already credited back to my debit card.” Very agreeable the money is clearly owed, but haven’t seen the refund 3 weeks later. I did eventually receive a check in the full amount for the refund. I wanted to update here and adjust the rating my compliant was the sole fact on the confusion of the refund process and not having received it.

I have been at the storage place for quite some time overall it's been good think we've been through three or four managers or whatever but the lady here that works currently has done so much for the place and it's so helpful but I just thought I would write another review anybody doing such a good job does deserve recognition think her name is Danny but if you have to store any of your belongings I would suggest doing it a storage

Clean, never had any bugs or anything in my unit. Been with these guys for over a year, and haven't had any trouble. Any problems I had were always worked out quickly, the staff have been super helpful, and friendly.

Facility all the way around including the restrooms which is available to customers is very clean and we'll kept most definitely would recommend using this facility for short or long term storage they pretty much have you covered all the way around. Extra bonus right now if you lease a new unit the 1st month only being 1 cent after tax and all it was like 26.00 which helps a lot being that moving is not cheap.. Overall I like these people they do good fair business...

I’m so glad I picked this place! Chyann was fantastic to deal with. She has a wonderful personality and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We checked out a couple places before this, and hands down it’s the best choice. She even made sure to clarify the cancellation policy. I highly recommend iStorage.

I previously stored some things here in a climate controlled unit, I was very impressed with how clean they keep the entire property. Everything was always tidy & well lit. I like that they have 24 hour surveillance and code entry to the indoor units. Also the 2 girls who work the front are extremely nice and friendly, Nicole made the exit process a breeze. I would absolutely recommend this place for self storage.

All businesses have pros and cons the following are mine. Pros- Professional Staff, Clean/spacious Storage Units. Price initially. Cons- My time there went through a couple or few managers and it caused some excess charges that were never redeemed, Put in a little over 30 day notice for move out was not credited bk funds for days not used due to a policy I was not aware of, Eventually price continued to increase to an expensive rate so I had to remove my items.

We had reserved a unit at another self storage business to move what belongings we had left from Hurricane Michael but that business gave away our unit as we went to move in. I have had my Household Goods in this facility for several months. The staff and facility are top notch! I moved from FL to VA and have been trying to coordinate moving my things up here. Karen helped me facilitate the best way to do that move by providing me with knowledge of maneuver capability for large tractor trailers vs moving trucks. Very nice climate controlled storage facility. Controlled access is a nice safety feature. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is I think they are a little overpriced and have gone up since I moved my belongings into this storage unit.

I had to rent a place to store everything in my house as I am between homes. Sandy was a great help to me and made everything a lot less stressful for me.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well kept. Another plus is the climate controlled storage. They also have a large elevator for access to upper floors and dollies to help wheel bigger items in. Generally, I have been very satisfied with this establishment.

She gave me a tour of the facility as well so that I would be comfortable knowing where everything was and all of my alternatives. The facility is clean and secure. Best place to store!

I needed a storage locker for a couple of months while I transition to a new home in Palmetto. When I walked into the office, I noticed a big difference from other storage companies. It is a pristine, bright and shiny office that is impressive! My amazement continued when Lee walked me to my small storage locker. The place is clean, well lighted and in excellent condition. Hand carts are readily available to help carry items from your vehicle to your locker. This puts my storage locker in Seattle to shame! Lee was as nice and helpful in person as he was on the phone. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Stop by and see the difference.

I have never had a storage unit. I walked in and Ginny immediately put me at ease. She walked me through the rental process and availability of units. She took me to a unit that suited my needs.
