The property is clean and maintained inside as well as outside. Lockers are decent. I feel comfortable being there by myself. I have noticed that the property manager (Dayna) Beal Pkwy store has been over here taking care of the property, hence the cleanliness. Kudos to Dayna for maintaining the up keep of both properties. We absolutely love Dayna, good job!

Easy online process.

Harrell St. managers are extremely hard to make contact with and when we do, they seem almost caddy and kind of teamed up to be intimidating to approach. The interaction is only based on one experience so it could have just been isolated to that day. It is, however, very difficult to locate or contact them on any given day as we need to stop by storage daily. The online agents were amazing as we originally reserved on line but then had to cancel. They were helpful and thorough. We also talked to a Beal Street Property Manager and he was awesome . Our location isn’t properly looked after as I’ve seen the same spilled soda can on the floor for a week and at one point was going to clean it up since it was just inside the entrance and looks bad but thought to leave it just to see if the property managers would clean it up which they still haven’t. Just not sure they care about storage customers.

Very satisfied with the personal service we received when obtaining our storeroom after much frustration trying to reach Istorage via your phone number and getting lost in the automated answering service.

Christa and Mia are wonderful at the customer service side of things. However, I wasn’t prepared for the rate increases that happened every few months while I had my household goods stored there. I ended up moving to a different local company based on my personal needs. However, even with me leaving these ladies were professional, and incredibly helpful with all the last minute details that needed to take place. Mia and her staff upheld the agreement that was given at the time of rental even though neither of those individuals were still with the company. They made it RIGHT! Thanks for the hard work! Very much appreciated.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! They will work with you. Especially with payments and having to have access to your storage. I’m an independent distributor and need access to my storage pretty much all the time. Even though I was past due on my rent she was able to unlock the unit so I was able to put my product in there.

Had such a great experience with iStorage. They were able to accommodate the perfect size and location to store my goods while I was deployed and the process was very easy from start to finish. I didn’t have any issues while I was gone and the unit was very secure. The payment process was easy to pay online. When moving out of my unit today, the ladies working were incredibly friendly, helpful, and gracious to assist me with ending my lease as well as with boxes my movers had left behind for me to deal with. Michelle had a phenomenal attitude and was very helpful when I first got my unit. They provide carts to put belongings on which is convenient. The only issue I experienced one day is around 6pm, I was unloading the last bit into my unit, but when we went to leave the glass sliding door to the building was jammed. No matter what we tried it wouldn't open. So we just had to walk to one of the other doors. The door appeared to be fixed the next day though. Besides that, no issues at all!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at SS as they have very clean units, rent month-to-month and have great customer service, and I mean great customer service! However, after not even a year of renting, they (management, not customer service) increased their rates by almost 25% and are starting to charge a $10 fee if you enter before 6am or after 10pm. Although I am very happy there, and as much as I would like to 'highly recommend' them, with such a costly rent increase and the new 'fee' for entry after hours, I unfortunately cannot do so.

Very excellent customer service. I have been storing my junk at their facility for over 9 months now, and every time they are always very helpful with my questions. The worker there Amanda is so friendly and nice and has made my experience with their company a great one. 5 Stars all day long!

Awesome facality with great staff. We had reserved an unit on the phone but after visiting realized it was too small. Lynne was very helpful showing us duifferent units and finding one that met our needs.

Due to relocations, I have used many different storage facilities in different States for about 20 years. I have been at Simply Self Storage for about 3 years now and I must say that this is (by far) the best storage facility EVER. Not only is the facility itself superior to any other, the local management exceeds all expectations. The staff will bend over backwards to provide the best customer service possible. It is so refreshing to be treated as a valued customer and not just a rented unit to bring in revenue. Come here for your storage needs and you will not be disappointed!

We have been at this location for about 3 years this time, Amanda is wonderful, she has a warm greeting and a great sense of humor, we never have a dull moment, you would never expect to get entertainment from a store place. There was a payment that was lost in the mail that I was eventually made aware of. After reviewing the information, they were able to reverse the late fees for us. They are always pleasant and very accommodating and the facility is always very clean and pleasant. Amanda and Lynne do a great job and are always super friendly and sweet!

I'm doing my second rental with this location and I'm extremely pleased with the service and the facility. It is always clean, climate controlled, bug free and safe. The managers go out of their way to accommodate your needs and couldn't be more pleasant to deal with.
