Best kept secret in Navarre! This facility is always clean and secure. I've stored my belongings at many locations and this by far is the best. I feel safe when I'm there at night digging through my things due to the lighting and secured fencing. Cynthia has the most upbeat attitude and keeps the facility in tip top shape. The only complaint that I have is that there is no turning lane at the entrance but a long turn signal in advance usually does the trick. Great management! Keep up the good work!

I have stored items at Move it Storage in Navarre for several years and have always had great customer service and no issues with my storage unit. Most recently I needed to move to a smaller unit and Sally was so helpful with the process and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay during the 2 day process of moving items. Also, I have never had an issue with bugs or damage to my items, highly recommend.

I’ve been with Move It Storage for over 2 years now. On my first experience I got there about 30 minutes before they opened not realizing the office hours. A very kind and understanding sweet lady by the name of Cynthia said it’s no issue just let me open up and get my computers up and running. I’ve had to communicate with the office a few times in dealing with my storage unit every time I’ve called it’s been her. She’s always polite and very professional which makes life easy. Thank you for being so understanding and considerate each and every time we speak. If you need storage she’ll definitely take care of your needs!

We had a ton of storage places to choose from. We are so happy that we picked Move It Storage in Navarre. The facility looks and smells like it’s brand new. Cynthia was such a pleasure to work with for showing us around and answering all of our questions (and believe me I had a ton). This location also has the ability to enter the main gate using Bluetooth through an app on your phone. Highly recommend this place.

MOVE IT @ 7030 Navarre pky NAVARRE Fl 32566. Absolutely the best customer experience in Navarre FL. Cynthia at the front desk is very gifted with people communication skills , she knows exactly how to speak with people at the CUSTOMER level. My storage unit was located and used where I could see Cynthia perform areas of her responsibility for this MOVE IT location. She was constantly scouting around the grounds snd in the controlled climate area taking care of the property AND THE CUSTOMERS. Cynthia is engaged with her responsibilities 100% 24/7. The grounds are extremely clean, the office is clean and organized for the customer, making the storage of every customer a pleasurable process. Very knowledgeable, about MOVE IT and the Navarre area,,, a local for sure and an asset for MOVE IT. I had an excellent experience with my storage needs and felt very welcome at this location. She really knows how to retain customers for now and in the future. Keep it going Cynthia !

So appreciate the use of the storage facility which was needed when I moved my elderly mother, and all of her belongings. There was no way my home was big enough to accommodate her furniture, etc. The only complaint was the rising rental fees year after year.

Customer service was outstanding! Everything was exactly as we were told it would be, unit was clean and easily accessible. Would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Excellent place to store your overflow and things. We just moved out because we didn't need the space anymore. We had a storage unit for a little more than 2 years and the elevators always worked. There were always dollies available and the place is clean.

Move-it in Navarre did an excellent job at taking care of our Storage Items while we waited to have our House built. I would recommend them to our Family & Friends.

I’ve had some financial problems this year and have made several attempts to get current and move out of the unit. Prior to Cynthia working at the facilities I store in, NO ONE, offered a solution like she did. When I first spoke with her she greeted me with warmth and has treated me very well despite all the speed bumps and road blocks. Cynthia is an asset to Move it Storage and I can see she is just the type of person/employee that can see this Large company and its smaller tenants through difficult times. The facility is clean and easy to access. They provide moving carts to help transport items. Registration was easy, and the clerk helped save me money by pointing out I could get one month free by registering online.

Well Woody had his storage there for 10 12 years I finally got it emptied a Saturday my great-granddaughter and I finished the last couple of loads but now my house looks like a hoarders house but I'll get it fixed and eventually and they're very kind and nice guys there

The personal were extremely professional and helpful of my needs. Everything was explained in great detail. As I went to look at my assigned space, I stepped into the cleanest freight elevator I have ever been in. It was also completely padded. My assigned space was just as clean. I had previously used another storage facility in Navarre several years ago, but it was nothing like my great experience with Move-It. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Even though they were short handed on a Saturday, they took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we were 100% satisfied with our unit. I normally stick with local businesses because I love to support the community but A+ storage was purchased by Move it Storage and as apprehensive as I was- the change over was transparent to customers (except for one increase in rental fees...but that’s business). And it could be because they kept Sue Pybus as an employee which always gives that personal attention to all her customers. So, Yes I recommend Move it Storage (at least my location). to store your personal belongings.

Stephanie was amazing. Such a nice person. She set us up with the perfect unit. The facility is very clean, well-lit, good security, and importantly they have climate controlled units. Our first month was only $1. It is a month-to-month contract so no long term commitments. Manager lives on property in case of after hours emergencies. Highly recommended!

Stephanie was great. I made online reservations and then it directed me to speak with her. When I arrived the online reservation was there but but my unit had been rented. This was a mistake with the online system. Since that was the last one in the size I requested, Stephanie found me another unit that was bigger, and discounted it to match smaller unit price. She showed me where the unit was, how to access everything and around the facility. Super sweet person. This place is clean too.
