After recently moving to the area I was overwhelmed trying to choose a trustworthy storage location and Move It Self Storage did not disappoint!! Sally is knowledgeable, detail oriented, and exceeded all of my expectations. Would recommend to all my family and friends!!

we use this location for boat storage, and it is great. It has 2 gates and side street access. A turn lane avoids U-turns on Hwy 98. Large spaces for maneuvering on the property. Very friendly and detail-oriented property manager (Sally)

Everything was always clean and felt safe when I was coming and going through the building. Sally was very helpful when I was first renting it and when I had a friend and moving company truck move out my belongings.

Sally was very helpful and professional. Our main reason for moving our boat was to get closer to home and the Woodlawn boat ramp. We did have a couple of issues with the storage area: 1. There was evidence of a squirrel infestation all over our boat. Luckily, we had it wrapped tightly (our cover had snaps all around it and we added a large tarp). One day we drove by to check on the boat during the winter and there was a dead squirrel in front of our boat. There were also footprints of squirrels all over the frame of the trailer. 2. It seemed like there was frequently a gate issue. 3. There wasn't a lot of space to pull out of the slip or to put it back in without pulling up several times. We were accustomed to having a closed in unit with a garage door on it. We could not find that type of storage here in Gulf Breeze. We also did not get that at our new location but we can back straight in and pull straight out, making it much more friendly.

Well, we met Sally today. She’s the Property Manager at the Navarre facility. From the moment you meet her, you feel like she’s a friend. She answered all of our questions, gave us tips and advice that we didn’t even know to ask. She was everything you could hope for in a customer service experience. And the facility itself is really nice and clean. Climate controlled. We felt very comfortable getting a storage unit there. And we got the first month free. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great storage facility.

We are so happy with our storage units. They work perfectly for our business. Sometimes we have to take things in a little later at night and we always feel like we’re in a safe space. I have been storing my furniture here for the past 8 months. Personnel friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, too. Sally has been accessible and one in particular who goes out of her way to help me.

Good storage space

This is storage company is adequate. We had some issues with the gate and the inability to get in and I was in the middle of moving from my home in June and had to rent a unit from another storage company for 2 months. I have consolidated all of my items into this unit solely because of proximity to my rental home. I am not inclined to recommend this company to other’s. I am also dissatisfied with the increase in the rental amounts and concerned for the future and will likely go back to the unit I temporarily rented if the rates go up again. I am aware of rate hikes but with the amount of competition some storage company will stay reasonable.

The facility is clean, bug free, odor free, climate controlled, and has easy access with codes. We love that the gate locks as well as the doors to the building. The front office staff are wonderful. You won’t regret renting a unit here. The elevators always work and the ac is wonderful when moving stuff in the Florida heat.

I rented a week before needed because the representative and I weren’t on the same page. I should have been more exacting and persistent.

Very easy to get a Unit online. The admin requirements were a bit confusing especially if you have your own insurance. It would also help to see a map where the unit is actually located in the building prior to committing to lease the unit.

Got my storage via online and was an easy process. The price was perfect at this time in my life and I am at ease instead of stressed or worried about anyone tampering with my things as you are given a code to get in the gate and to get into the building itself that the storage is in and knowing the whole place locks down at a reasonable time so no one has any excuse being inside.

Betty provided excellent customer service, she is quick and knows her job well, she made things easy for us and went the extra mile! Thank you!!

If you need storage in the Navarre area, I HIGHLY recommend this location of move it self storage. Amy and her manager (I didn’t catch her name) we’re absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped us secure two separate units to make our transition to Florida easier since we will be moving twice. They went above and beyond while we were unloading our truck. We had to do a military move on our own due to last minute orders. Amy brought us cold bottled water and kept the door unlocked so we didn’t have to keep putting the code in every time we needed to go inside. Climate controlled units and clean, new facility. Definitely check them out!!
