Gotta give credit where credit is due. I was with a storage unit on Martin Downs Blvd for over 13 years who was purchased by Cube Smart. They DOUBLED the rate for a 5×5×10. Outright Thieves. I recently decided to switch over to IStorage located at 4125 SW Martin Hwy. I should've done this years ago when Cube Smart purchased the old storage facility. Brian, the general manager of IStorage took care of me EVEN WHILE ON HIS SCHEDULED LUNCH BREAK😱. I'm paying a whole lot less there from what I was paying a Cube Smart.

Inadvertently left the driver's side window cracked a few inches and they noticed it on a walkthrough. After seeing it hadn't changed in a few days, they called to let me know. That's great customer service. Excellent rates, especially for this area.

I had to move on short notice for work from Jensen Beach to Washington, DC. I acquired a storage bay at iStorage very quickly with the help of their staff to store my belongings, packed what I could into my car and moved to DC. Fast forward a couple of months and it was time I needed my furniture, but I didn't have time in my very busy schedule to fly down, rent a truck, and drive back up so I hired movers. Brian was extremely understanding and helped me through the process of getting movers there without myself being present, and I cannot praise Carrie enough for going above and beyond to make this happen for me dealing with all the moving parts and consistently staying in contact. If you are looking for a storage facility, this is the place!

When I went there they didn’t have what I needed. I was stressed because the whole area of n ft Myers didn’t have anything but 5x5. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but he did mention he was new. He was really awesome he looked on the computer to see if anything was coming up which there was but he couldn’t do anything but wait until the unit was emptied. He said he would put my name down and would let me know when it would be available and make sure I got first chance at getting it and he kept to his word and called me. The best customer service I have ever received at a storage facilty. Property Manager Santana is always very helpful and professional as well as Molly. They go out of their way to help customers and sincerely care. I rent 2 units at iStorage and always feel that the contents are truly climate controlled and safe. Prices are better than others in the area and its always clean and pest free environment. The consistant great service gives me piece of mind in difficult times.

I have had multiple units in this facility through multiple ownerships. The current staff works within the corporate guidelines to accommodate your needs. The buildings and facility are well maintained. Clean halls and inspected regularly by staff. The hours of operation are adequate to accommodate our needs unless you need 24X7. . Improvements made by new ownership exceeded what is necessary for a storage facility. Look at your unit if at all possible as a 10X10 first floor may differ from a 10X10 second floor and perimeter wall units may differ some from interior units. Unit dimensions are approximate. 8X10 could actually be 7'6X 10 interior dimension. Very busy facility. Covered access is great when inclement weather occurs but limited as to number of concurrent users. Limited after hours support. Security better than drive up one story units. Access control should be checked periodically. Rents competitive. adjusted to market rises regularly. Overall quality exceeds a majority of the facilities I have used over the years.

This is my third time using this storage facility. The previous times it was dirty the bathrooms were dirty you could smell urine in the hallway I was very unhappy I walked in to do the rental this time the bathrooms were clean the hallways were very clean the rental units were very clean the staff was very friendly I was very happy I will rent from them again Santana and Molly were over-the-top friendly.

Moving out of the Caribbean to Florida due to Irma is a traumatizing experience to begin with. Sharon, with her knowledge and patience, made the transition so much easier. Let me start by saying I rented my second unit there this morning! Sharon is the best! Professional, courteous, easy to talk with. She found me the right size unit and the right packing supplies - some of which were on special. We have been there almost one year, I believe, and we could not be happier! One time I did not lock my unit right and they called twice to remind that I needed to correct it! Thank you for that! We needed to store a bedroom suite quickly. Simply Self Storage personnel were accommodating with immediate availability , the right size unit and price -- even offered us a promotion rate to begin! Ten months later, I needed the furniture , again on short notice -- And, Sharon and Tara were very congenial and helped me make it happen. The Simply Self Storage Facility is gated, the exterior doors have key pads, sections have fire doors. I saw security cameras, a sprinkler system, very very clean areas with good lighting. I was impressed and pleased.
