This guy isn't just a storage guru; he's like a storage superhero, minus the cape (although, I haven't checked, he might have one). Need help? Jordan to the rescue! Locked yourself out of your unit at midnight while trying to retrieve your collection of rare, vintage spoons? Jordan’s got your back. Now, if something at iStorage goes haywire – say, a door hinge decides to retire or a light bulb reaches enlightenment – it's fixed faster than you can say "Where did I put my other sock?". It's like they have a secret team of ninja handymen lurking in the shadows, ready to pounce on any issue. And cleanliness – oh boy! If cleanliness is next to godliness, then iStorage is practically a celestial being. This place is so clean, you could eat your lunch off the floor. But don't. That's weird. Seriously, the cleanliness is uncanny. I half expect to see Mr. Clean doing rounds, giving approving nods. The trash situation? Impeccable. It’s like the trash cans are little black holes – poof, trash be gone! I've never seen a stray piece of litter. I think even the raccoons have given up and moved on to messier pastures. In conclusion, if my life's possessions had to pick a place to crash, they'd pick iStorage. It's like a 5-star hotel for my stuff. And Jordan? He's the bellhop, concierge, and superhero all rolled into one. So, if you need a place to stash your beloved belongings, random impulse buys, or just your collection of things you swear you'll use someday – iStorage is your spot. I had such a pleasant experience at istorage I don’t quite remember the renters name at the office but He was extremely helpful and informative, it was my first time using a storage and He made sure i had what i needed and know all that I needed in a short amount of time like a lock lol ( they have locks that they sold for good price in office) The storage units are clean and secure worth every penny thank you ❤️

The property manager, Garry Hardy, went above and beyond to help us unload an 8 pallet load. He made a ramp to get the pallets in the door and helped the truck driver drive the lift. The truck driver was going to leave all of the pallets outside saying he couldn’t get them in the door, but Garry showed him otherwise! A huge thank you to Garry for all of his help!

Service was professional and courteous, the process especially since I am there now in a larger storage unit was great. One complaint as compared to others in the area is the lack of moving equipment to help make the move in process easier. Something as simple as a hand truck or cart would be so easy and inexpensive.

Renting office space is usually a cold or at least casual business transaction. This is not the case if you are lucky enough to be renting office space at Top Shelf Storage space from Debra Honeycutt. I've rented office space for many years but working with Debra has been a warm and pleasant experience. She is very professional, friendly and if not for her, I would have moved my office space to another building in the area that a friend of mine owns. We found this place last minute. Hubby and I are pcsing to Panama City and we have to store our stuff until we have a house. There was confusion with our first storage facility so I made this reservation over the phone in the parking lot do the other storage place, 20 minutes before we went there at 4:30pm. Lori was there when we got there, she was so friendly and even let my 2 dogs come in while we were signing paper work so they weren’t in the hot car. Moving here with dogs after the hurricane has proven to be difficult so it was so nice when someone was willing to help out with the pups even a small amount. Anyway, my hubs can’t walk right now because of a torn Achilles so Lori put us in the closest storage she had so he didn’t have to crutch so far. Their printer was down due to some recent weather issues so they couldn’t print our contract for us but they said to bring it in when ever we could. Finding a house has been difficult and time consuming so we didn’t get around to bringing in the contract and we were worried that would be a problem. Over a week later I went into the office and met Debra. She got the printer working and printed out contract for me to sign. She assured me they completely understood and that nothing would have happened if we didn’t come in right away with our contract. She chatted with me for a while, asked how hubby was healing and if we’d found a house yet. The staff was so friendly and helpful and when you’re trying to balance a million things and nothing is going right, someone being just a little nice to you is a God send. Thanks ladies for making this move just a little easier. Also it’s worth noting that the storage is really clean which is pretty important to me. I know it’s just storage but I’m a clean freak so it was nice when it smelled clean lol

I was in need of storage to remove my stuff from my apartment to get ready to find a new place. I've been looking for a while, and ended up getting this one. Not too far from where i live, but the location is great. The storage was clean and looks secure. And its climate controlled. Ms. Lori helped me with the process and walked me through the storage units, i originally reserved a 5x10 space, but after assessing the space, i actually needed a bigger one. And luckily, they have one available and Ms. Lori helped me out and was able to get a 10x10. Was a very quick and and easy experience.

Deborah was infinitely helpful after the hurricane. Although your storage units are miles further than the ones much closer to where I live now, I stay there because of her and the cleanliness of your location. I know she will always answer my questions, is always helpful, and she is always a pleasure to speak with. In a time of waning customer service, it's refreshing to go somewhere that still considers it important.

Debra at iStorage is the best! This is the 2nd time that we have used this particular location and each time she has gone above and beyond to help us with anything that we need. She is also on top of everything if we have any questions or concerns and goes out of her way to make sure that you are satisfied with the unit. When the hurricane recently hit PCB iStorage was on top of everything... sending out texts and emails providing updates on the property. But even when I wanted to check on our particular unit (as we live in a different state now) Debbie was quick to provide me answers. I would highly recommend iStorage PCB to anyone looking for their storage needs... They are roomy, climate controlled and well maintained. But the best is that they have a great staff that will take care of you and your belongings which is great because that is one less thing you have to worry about!!

Storage units that are large with temperature control and bathroom for your business needs or personal. Assigned parking by your unit,door access and garage door lift like if you needed to drive something big in,gate with code to access facility,staff in office with secrurity cameras,feels private when in your space I've never heard conversation coming from the unit next to me. I go here daily for my job. It's our warehouse for everything housekeeping in the company. Works great for packing cleaners bag,keeping clean linen, washing and drying linen..we have a large open space that has a small loft over the corner section we call the hskping office with a desk computer etc...just giving you a idea of why I'm there daily should you have a business and need storage space for your buisness

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! Easily the best in the area for ease of use and cost. So I found myself in a pickle of a situation... driving to florida and needed to rent a storage unit (while driving there!!) to move all of my mom's stuff into. Called multiple other companies and they would not work with me because I could not come in to sign the lease before office hours closed for the day. However, Debra with iStorage SAVED THE DAY! She worked with me to get the lease to me over email and made it VERY EASY to get into my storage unit after I sent her all the necessary info for the lease.

Every time you decide to raise our monthly rent despite any evidence of inflation or other justification, she seems to be able to help modify the increase.
