Rented a climate controlled storage unit here for 6-8 months. My unit was inside the building close to the office. The manager was polite. The building was always clean and kept up well . The hours to access my unit were good. I had easy access to my unit. They have dollies available to use to load and unload your things. I would recommend this business to anyone.

We brought items down from our attic over 2 years ago, and brought them (along with other items) to Southern Self Storage for a large indoor unit. Staff over the years has been very helpful with any questions, and we have had no problems with the storage. We are very pleased, and only leaving due to downsizing. We highly recommend this location, central on Thomas Drive- and all of the staff.

I had a very good experience at SSS. The manager, Tammy was veryknowledgable about about the storage facility its operating policies,procedures and deadlines. She was helpful curtious and I must say very patient and tolerable.There wasm't a question that I asked that she didn't have a complete and resolute answer for. We recently put our condo up for sale and needed storage space to keep additional items so the unit could be better staged. This worked out perfectly. The facility is always clean and maintained well. A/C works great. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Boxes and shipping supplies for sale was an additional benefit. Will rent there again if we ever need extra storage.

We have had a unit with them for 9 years. It is close to home and convenient any time of day. Robert is always very polite and helpful. My only complaint are the continuous rate increases. This of course has nothing to do with the onsite employees.

September 26th I called to get a unit and they lady was very knowledgeable and professional, when I arrived the gentleman took me for a ride to check out the unit to make sure it was big enough which was a relief, all and all great experience and will use again if needed, RECOMMENDED 100%

I had a smaller unit with a competitor down the street for over 12 years. After being on a waiting list for a larger unit for almost 2 years I was referred to Southern. Barry and Robert were so accommodating and professional providing me with several options. Great customer focus.

I enjoy doing business here. Robert is very easy to talk to and work with. The rates are reasonable and they have units that are accessible 24/7 which is super convenient as sometimes I am unable to get by there during the daytime hours. Never disappoints.

My Mom and I lost my Dad last Month. He had a storage unit at the Thomas Drive Location for 6yrs and Robert and Barry could not have been more supportive and helpful moving out left over items in time of need. I recommend asking for either of them, they are gems!

Robert was very helpful, explaining the ins and outs for our new unit, offering options and showing us the available unit(which we snapped up). This facility is close to home and will be easy to visit and add new items to the unit which is climate-controlled as well as being under camera security. We definitely recommend.

The guys who work here are super friendly and informative. If you call, they will answer the phone, even if they are busy. Great at communicating. It's hard to get people to answer the phone around here so that was outstanding to see. If you need a storage unit don't waste your money at a place where the people are rude! Come here instead.

The staff was awesome! However, I didn’t notice until I was moving my stuff in that the ceiling is ripped up over the door and it has been taped up. The tape is coming off and I am a bit concerned. Also, the door latch needs to be greased so it slides easier.

The units are clean, easy to access and our temperature controlled unit has been adequately maintained to ensure temp consistency. The buildings are clean, well maintained and kept secure. Could have earned five stars if they had kept their cost modest but two major increases in less than two years may put it in the “let’s look elsewhere” category. Prior to that, had not had an increase in four years.

The words "Stay Local" never rang more true. I needed a storage unit pretty quick thinking I would stop in Cube Smart. They might as well change the name to Cube Dumb. They changed the price on me then lied about needing home owners insurance to rent a unit. They did not care at all. Just said that was the way it was. So I split and went to Bay Mini Storage on Thomas drive. I could not have had a better experience. Quick and Easy and a better price. Ashley is the best! She answered all of my questions and was professional and courteous. She is always there, even on Sundays! If you need a storage go to Bay Mini!!

Bay mini storage was so help full with my move. They helped me figure out what size unit I needed and had a truck for me to use for free. Wow, The couple who run this place are just the nicest people and the place was spotless. They had boxes and tape and was reasonably priced. I looked at others in the airia and they stood out because of the service they gave me when I walked in to there business. I would recommend Bay Mini Storage to anyone looking for a clean and safe place to store your stuff. The location was great and close to the beach road.
