We recently moved some things into Southern Self Storage and were totally impressed. It was easy to set up the rental at their website, and the office got back to us right away after filling out the forms online. We chose an indoor, climate-controlled unit. The space was super clean and the temperature inside was cool even in the summer heat. There were plenty of security cameras around. I cannot say enough good things about Tammy, who works in the office. She made the whole experience smooth and was a pleasure to work with. The outside space and covered area also looked nice and clean. Highly recommend!

Tammy and Crew was great, unfortunately your online portal, not so good. Clean gated units, could tell the Crew takes good care of the property.

Clean Staff very helpful

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star but could not. The girls who work the office were amazing and deserve 5+ Stars. The storage unit was clean and convenient. The gate's power motor quit working so the facility was unlocked; so, the place is not as secure as it could have been. I needed a copy of the video during the delivery of my furniture. I had issues with the moving company and there was video coverage because there is a camera right outside of my unit. I even offered to pay for the video and both the employees and the district manager who viewed the footage stated that company policy forbid it unless the police requested it. Of course, I made a complaint with PD but they stated it was a civil matter and they would not be requesting the footage. I ask the storage facility to make a backup copy so they would have it in case I did file a civil case because unfortunately it gets recorded over every 30 days. Unfortunately, I was told without PD involvement, they would not. Their policy to not provide a copy when requested by an existing customer is bad service because I felt victimized by the moving company, the local PD, and then the storage facility.

We tried CubeSmart on Back Beach and had a horrible experience. However, thanks to Southern Self Storage down the road, we were able to get a safe and accessible storage facility that could accommodate us as we moved to PCB. A huge thank you to the manager Brandy that helped us out in a pinch and provided outstanding customer service when we needed a storage unit. We should have used you guys in the first place. I highly recommend Southern Self Storage. Southern Self Storage helped us out when other storage companies let us down and provided bad customer service.

Wonderful experience renting a storage unit from them. Was down for Jeep Jam and needed a place to store our Jeep doors and tops. My family and I arrived in the area they serve on vacation to only find out after driving almost four hours on our motorcycles the vacation place we were staying did not allow motorcycles. Kristina was absolutely amazing and all of the staff was helpful. They even gave me a freeze pop. Also of note I asked same day to use their moving truck and it was free of charge for 50 miles.

Great outdoor units here, also have covered parking for RVs or boats, whatever your needs may be. Looked like they had hookups for the RVs as well, I will update tomorrow when I am back there on that. Very nice all around, clean and well kept business. Update: Southern Self Storage does indeed have hookups for RVs also realized that they have climate controlled units as well.

Kristyna & Judy are wonderful assets to Southern Self Storage. I came in looking for a 10x20 unit Monday April 4th and they only had a 10x10 available. I took the 10x10 and Judy advised me that on the 7th of April a tenant would be possibly moving out. While setting up my 10x10, I met with Kristyna and let her know that I was in desperate need of a larger unit. Today, while in my 10x10 Judy came by and let me know the 10x20 was available and showed me the unit. Kristyna called to follow up and now I happily have the unit I desperately needed in less than one week of notice. Communication between the two is 10/10 stars. Kristina is amazing! We had a difficult time finding a large (over 200 sq ft) storage unit for some time, but I recieved a call one day from Kristina stating that she had units available. She is the only person of the 30 businesses that I called to actually follow through and make things happen when they became available. She is an asset and definitely glad she is leading that business. She was friendly, accommodating, and kept in contact until we signed the final lease agreement.

I'd give 5 stars if they didn't raise the price $10 extra recently. I have no problem with the facility. It's clean, indoors, and all together top notch. But this seems to be typical of Bay County, post Hurricane Michael, not only with this, but apartment rentals too.

My short term rental, has extended to a year. The staff at SSSPC has been flawless the entire time. Friendly, courteous, timely, and always excellent communication. Aside for being economical - it's without a doubt the cleanest, best maintained facility in the area. 5 Stars!

This self storage is probably one of the best by far! Also, the staff is some of the nicest people to do business with. Property looks brand new, climate and non climate controlled units available, gated, plenty of cameras for security, super clean and prices are very reasonable. Ask for Melody the Property Manager....polite, knowledgeable and professional.

This is probably the best storage facility that I have ever used. The units are new and easy to open and I felt at ease storing my Dodge Durango there while overseas. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

I am getting ready to move and I went into the facility to get some prices on some units. I was so Impressed with Melody! She was very knowledgeable and friendly! Moving is super stressful as it is, and she made the process very easy and helped me out so much! LOOK NO FURTHER if you need storage in PCB!! The facility is brand new! It is also the cleanest storage facility I have ever seen and I have been to a lot of them! They have cameras, personal entry codes, and huge aisles for my 54 ft. Truck! I love this storage facility!!
