Always accommodating…always pleasant and professional! The only thing I don’t like is they will raise your rent pretty significantly after only a couple months…and of course if you need the storage, they don’t leave you with any options so you just pay it. They should at least keep your rate the same for a year before they raise it…

Absolutely love this place! Jessica is the best. I have been using this facility since before hurricane Ian. I had damage to my unit but nothing major. Had to move out while they fixed the place but was eager to come right back. The facility is always clean and Jessica has been very helpful with several storage needs. She makes things so much easier and it’s very appreciated. Highly recommend this storage facility!

Hurricane Ian made it necessary for me to vacate my storage unit in Port Charlotte Florida. The site manager helped me find another rental unit in the area that had a similar size unit. Once the original site was repaired after the hurricane damage, I was notified Could have my former unit back. This was terrific because it is very close to my home.

This is our second time to rent a istorage unit on Gasparilla Road The manager is very knowledgeable and always helpful. We came in right at closing and the manager processed our application. We didn't need to take up anymore of her time by looking at it ahead of time. Came in the next day and everything was exactly as described. For us the location is ideal. I Store Gasparilla is no exception. After dealing with this location for many years it was OK but, when Jessica arrived it was awesome. She is a great communicator and pretty much knows everything that goes on there just as though she owned it herself. This is rare in todays world and I hope they can keep her. We are using this storage facility while our house is being renovated. The staff here - Jessica and Nancy - have always been helpful, friendly, and professional. On my most recent visit they allowed me to hang out with them in the office while the movers were unloading our belongings into the storage unit. The storage units themselves are clean; the buildings are well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone in the area needing temporary storage.

Never had to store anything before, but Stephanie was the most helpful person ever. She was a pleasure to speak to and was very helpful explaining the various storage availability. She (and partially the price) was the main reason I ended up using this storage site. Even after bringing my 'stuff' down she was attentive and helpful. She even spent time with my mother -in-law (that alone merits recognition) while we loaded everything into our assigned storage area.
