I needed a quick turn with getting a climate controlled storage unit. The process was easy with Southern beginning with the initial phone inquiry about their storage facility. Lauren was personable as well as professional. The property is clean and well secured.

Laureen is the kindest lady that works at the front desk. The day I moved some furniture out last summer to be able to move my mothers things that past away in 2005 into a smaller unit that was not as expensive. She all of a sudden showed up with 4 bottles of water and it was cold and much needed. The temperature that day was over 100. She didn’t even ask she just brought it to us. She has always been so kind to me I am older now so she helps me out so much. Please don’t ever get rid of her she is the best asset imo that happened when she came on board. I give her 10 plus rating. Thank you Laureen for being so kind it’s hard to find that these days and times.

Never disappointed! This place is always clean, well lit & maintained by a great staff. It smelled so nice in my units building that I had to ask the lady in the office if she had just mopped. She said 'we've just been cleaning'. I think they must be cleaning all the time, the place always looks new! I've used this place for years!

I needed storage for my daughter and had to come out in bad weather. Lauren quickly got me in a unit and was informative. She even followed up the next day with me to make sure I didn't have any questions due to the process being a little quicker from the bad weather. We first rented out climate control unit from Riverpointe before Southern took it over. I have to say that Jen is an awesome manager and is always there. Just today, I was bringing some things into store and she was there on her day off. She took the time to help me and stayed until my issue was resolved. Great security. Great units. No bugs or rodents. Great staff. I would highly recommend Soithern Storage!

I didn’t place items in storage the same day, it took me several days before I was able to put items in. But when I was ready to place items in; some one took me out of the system (like I had cancel my contract, which I had paid for the month). I couldn’t get in the gate and they had put a lock on the storage. Crazy but we work it out after a few phone calls.

Both Jennifer and Greg are very professional with great customer service; great southern hospitality. Speaking to Jennifer prior to coming in to the property and the news advertisement reminded me of the Philema location. Jennifer is good people to work with . What an awesome team you have in Albany( Philema Rd).

The representative was extremely helpful and completed my reservation over the phone when I was only calling for information. The lot is pretty secluded and looks secure. The company is unsure if it will keep the truck previously used for hauls, but I think it would be a good idea to keep to attract even more business.

AWESOME storage units, we have 3 climate controlled units and have never not once had any issues here. They are VERY CLEAN establishment also!!!

My family has had a unit here for like 20+ years and now I have one too. Good pricing for both climate controlled and outdoor storage. Also offers boat storage. We've never had a problem with break-ins, trash, bugs, or any other animal. AND they offer the use of a free truck (refundable deposit)
