All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

I have been storing my husbands truck here for almost a year. I have zero complaints. The facility is well lit, and clean. It is one of the better facilities I have used.

We have had a unit with ValueSpace for quite some time now. We have moved units 2 times due to the selling of our house and then the move to an apt unitl our new house was ready. Tibby and Brittany were a great help to us both times. We go in and pay our bill every month just so we can see them. The facility is always well maintained we have recommended ValueSpace to several of our friends and family.
I've had a unit there for years. The property is clean, well lighted, and easy to get into and out of. We run our contracting business from this location so their available 24-hour gate access is important to us. Anytime I've had a question or issue come up, the management has been friendly and helpful. The only thing is, the office is in the Truck & Tire center building, so when you go there for the first time, you have to know to go to the front of that building. It's not a big deal...I recommend this storage place for everyone.
