The old staff, Greg Lovelace and Rosie were terrible and didn't give a d@#n! Glad y'all have hired some new people who genuinely care about the customers.

I am currently in the process of moving and am in dire need of storage ASAP! I saw that this facility had great specials and the sizes of the unit. I applied online and low and behold Rosie gave me a personal call the next morning. She was so pleasant, Introduced herself and gave me the complete rundown. I was so surprised when she even gave me her lunch hours to make sure that I wouldn’t miss her upon arrival. Ms Rosie was nice. Make sure you buy a disc lock ahead of time. You can buy one from them for around $15 or a small one from Walmart for about $10. Do not call the customer service call center to rent out your space!! They are the reason why I took off 2 stars. Call the actual location instead, it’ll save you time and headache.

Came here completely stressed out because I’ve been looking all over for storage units and haven’t been successful with finding anything. Rosie helped calm me and assured me that she was going to take care of me. There wasn’t a large enough unit with climate control, and instead of Rosie letting me leave, she helped me find two smaller units that had climate control. Very grateful. She toured me around the property. It was very clean and she assured me that it was also a safe property. Lots of cameras and it’s only gate code accessible, and that put me at ease a lot. Rosie was a life saver & very professional. I recommend this facility to anybody interested in finding a good and safe storage.

Great! The unit is perfect.

The property manager has been a top professional. She called to see if what I was storing would fit the 10X10 unit I selected. She also advised me on how to store my belongings, if I would be accessing the contents periodically versus if I was leaving them untouched until I needed to move them all. She was a joy to work with.

I love Mrs. Rosie she made my move in go smooth. I was the hard customer lol but Mrs. Rosie understood my situation and made sure when I finally came that I was well taken care of. Very easy process, Rosie was very helpful and informative. I filled out paperwork online then had to pretty much do the same thing when I went to the office so that was the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. The unit was clean and had easy access right off the interstate. Bring your own lock cuz I ended up buying the lock they had on the unit and it was $16. I’ve never rented a storage unit before so I didn’t know any better, but overall, I would recommend Metro to others.

She did not hesitate one bit to jump in and help me regardless of the fact that it would mean she would have to stay after her scheduled hours. She honestly wanted to make sure that I had a new unit and all my information to go along with that. Kecia was friendly and great with product knowledge. She was a great help and I know an asset to your company. It’s people like Kecia that need to be recognized. They ultimately will make the company successful because it’s the extra effort involved when no one’s looking that truly makes a difference! Especially when nine times out of 10 people are coming to get a unit because they have to...not because they want to and those are sensitive times usually. So, Kudos to Kecia for GREAT customer service! I definitely needed that today!
