Wow. I had a great experience at the Austin Dr location. Nate is such a great representative of the company. He gave me water and information about the storage unit. Such as not to store electronics in the loft area to prevent damage. There was some extra crates not being used and gave them to me. He’s heard of my frustration with the Cube Smart people and was the direct opposite of that drama. I will be happy to return the favor by teaching him how to play spades. Haha. Thanks again Nate for a wonderful experience. Nate loves Thai, Asian, and Chinese. Bring him some food to say thank you in advance.

I just moved all my things out of storage today. I had two units with them. I have to say they are very professional and helpful. Nate Johnston hooked me up with my second unit. He was very helpful with getting things set up. He made sure I remembered my payments and always was there when I couldn't remember my unit numbers( which was all the time). I would recommend them and use them again if I need to in the future.

Although he had to make phone calls to several individuals in SecurCare's CoC (which delivered utterly no solutions) he still made the process painless and workable for me.
