Andre from Secure Self storage in Decatur is always professional and he responds very quickly. He gives a courtesy call to customers to warn them of an upcoming late fee. He is definitely an improvement from the previous manager.

Great place, nice staff. For a long time there was a problem with the motion sensor light for the row of units where ours is located. So we had to walk past our unit about 30 feet every time to get it to turn on . I had asked a couple of times about getting it fixed, but I think they were having some issues with the repair people. They were finally able to get it taken care of and we are very appreciative. Thank you Minnette and, darn, I can't remember the other wonderful person's name but she was the one who initially got us signed up. But thank you to everyone there and we definitely recommend this location for storage.

It was late on a Friday afternoon, but Maxine took plenty of time to address all I needed to know as a new renter at this facility. I haven't experienced that kind of time and attention at other places. The building is clean, there are plenty of carts, and being able to pull up to the doors is great. Rates are reasonable for the area.

I had a great experience with Maxine, the manager. I went there to rent two units but they didn't have anything available in the size I needed. She got my business card and said she'd call me if anything came up. I figured I'd never hear from her but only a couple of hours later she called me and said they would have something available the next day. I went back and rented the units. The facility is also very clean and they have a covered loading ramp which is great when it's raining.

The entire process to reserve a storage space, and unload our gear was simple. I needed last minute storage, and the website made it easy to rent a unit. The on-site staff told us everything we needed to know. They showed us the best place to park, and showed us our storage unit. We were able to drive up next to the entrance, get a cart, and easily unload. Very clean unit and great customer service.

Slightly expensive and just raised price but perhaps Im incorrect, I havent priced many other units. This one I picked with too little shopping around which is on me, not Simply... They are very good about slightly late payments as well. Its climate controlled, clean, and smells neutral which HAS to be very important to all of us who rent there!

My wife and I were able to use the storage not too long ago and it was an absolutely positive experience. The manager and staff are very courteous, kind, helpful, and provide excellent service. The storage was the perfect size and it was extremely easy to access, move-in, and move-out. The storage is huge and our storage was located perfectly near a large door on the ramp. Also, the DeKalb International Farmers market is right Across the street. This was by far the best storage and service I've used and I highly endorse this location.

The facility is very clean with great units that are climate controlled. The location is easy to find and the prices are great. Dawn is amazing--she was super helpful with the entire process and getting us the appropriate units that we need! Would recommend this to anyone.

This was our first time renting a storage unit and it was Dawn that assisted us. The facility is very clean, great prices and has flat bed carts available to help you move. I came back another day to rent another unit because we were so pleased with the first one and needed more storage. Dawn remembered me and helped us get another unit very quickly. She was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this facility and ask for Dawn! You won't be disappointed.

Great place to store. Brand new and very clean and bright. I forgot to give the 10 day notice to move out and the staff was helpful and did not charge me. :). Would definitely use them again.
