The office manager Mr. Delroy is so helpful from move in until current date, gated and property is well kept. ** The only issue I have is as a business owner of a food truck is not having 24 hr acess to my business vehicle. Awesome experience!!! All of the reviews about Dakota are 100% accurate. She is very friendly, attentive and professional. I was even able to easily rent a second unit across from my original unit, while I was on-site today. The storage area is very clean and well-maintained. The security measures to get in and out of the facility are great. I feel like my belongings will be very secure throughout my use. The facility is also easily accessible and near a stop light, which was a big reason why I chose it. If you're looking for a secure location, easy access (also near a gas station) and friendly staff, this is the place for you.

So far so good! Our unit was full of nails we had to sweep out, but other than that it is nice and cool and clean throughout the areas. I wish they had more carts available for use than just 1 for the entire side of the building. People wind up waiting in line for it. Staff was friendly and the area seems decent.

Handling business affairs is hard for me since my Mom passed away in October but visiting this facility made me forget I am grieving..She treated my Grandmother with such excellent care and we started to feel like family..she even offered me a job but I am moving closer to the city soon so it'll be a bit of a commute..I am going to be moving all of my Mother's things from Snellville into this facility after it gets out of probate..this facility is a Godsend..so clean and the customers are not creepy like at most storages..Don't walk run to this place and ask for Dakota..

We rented our storage unit through CubeSmart. Recently the company has switched to SecurCare Self Storage. Therefore, SecurCare Storage did not have all of CubeSmart customers information transferred over yet. Since I am not able to make a payment online at this time. I drove to the storage center and spoke with the manager Dakota. Dakota is a pure delight. She informed me of the recent changes that has been made with the company and helped to resolve my payment issue right away. I stayed a tad longer than expected because our conversation outside of the issue was that interesting. Dakota is a great hard worker! Thank you for your help!

Tiwauna was the 1st person I saw when I came to the property. Her customer service was over the top. I can tell she love her job and taking care of people. She spoke and introduced herself to us while also asking my name so she can call me by name. This is so rare nowadays. The property was clean especially the bathroom which some companies neglect. I can come back just to talk to her that’s how sweet she was. I am glad I chose to spend my money here!!

Tiwauna was AMAZING! I had been looking for a 10x20 climate controlled unit for weeks with no luck. I was looking at needing to rent 2 10x10 units which would have been a hassle. She was so helpful, taking the time to help me with my dilemma. Needless to say I walked out of there with the larger unit I really needed. One had just opened up and she helped me secure it. Quick and easy to get a storage the only reason they do not have five stars is I got a five-by-five room that should be 60 in by 60 in I made my measurements based on that. But it's not it's really more like four and a half foot by 4 and 1/2 foot

Great job by the manager of the Loganville location. Very friendly and full of answers for the questions I had. Facility was clean and neat. The online reservations works well and is easy to complete. The head office should get busy and make more drive in spots at this facility with the shortage of good long term storage in this area.

Great prices. Hard to get in touch with over the phone. Something went wrong with my autopay and I have tried several times to contact them. They are under a new company now, so let's see how it goes.
