All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

I went online and reserved a unit. Within a few minutes of me finishing up, Paul from the office called me to see if I had any questions or wanted to come by and view the unit to make sure I selected the right size. When I went up there, Paul was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the unit and made sure it’s what I needed. He did the paperwork pretty quickly and the whole experience didn’t take long at all. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Paul and I’d definitely recommend my friends and family.

I've been with IStorage for over a year... When I first came into the Macon office... The customer service was phenomenal!! I thought but I see as time has progressed they have a new manager over the property on Shurlington drive. By the name of Paul... He is so awesome!! He really, really, really helped me out!! They are remodeling the facility... And he really accommodated me so I didn't have to come into the office. Since I no longer live where I used to, I've moved. Thanks to Paul!!I didn't have to pay extra by renting a truck nor hiring movers. Such a blessing!! I thank GOD For him... May he receive more grace and prosperity IN THE NAME OF JESUS 🙏🏾❤️

Picked up 5 units today through a storage auction. Paul was very kind and service was quick. He even kept the office open a little late for us so we could get everything loaded and cleaned out. I called this property twice before arriving and both calls were answered by "staff" very professional. I was running slightly late and thought I would arrive before 6:00 pm, the standard closing time. Though was actually late arriving at 6:09 pm - Though Paul, Manager was extremely cordial and never mentioned him being in a hurry or that I was late. Paul expedited my paperwork. It's awesome to have positive interactions with staff at storage facilities, see we bid on storage units online weekly, so we are very familiar with many of the properties. I- Storage hopefully realizes the true asset they have with Paul operating this property, as a customer I value the professionalism, courtesy and kindness that is a rarity in today's workplace.

When the message finally got to the area manager Ms Martha, she went above and beyond to get my account back rite.. she didn't stop calling leaving messages and texting until she got me then jus to make me whole quickly she INSTANTLY refunded my bank card we all know that can take 5 to 7 days I got refunded in 5 to 7 minutes because she is awesome.. knowing she takes care of her customers makes me sad that I ended up go n somewhere else but like I said the customer call center needs a lil work. Thank u Ms Martha again for being fabulous hope they know ur awesome! I'd recommend Shurling Dr to anyone but id also tell em to go straight there skip the website..

What can I say that hasn't already been said in all the positive reviews I have recently read about this location? I am a very picky person when it comes to things. When I order my food at a restuarant I expect it to be done to my liking, when I am out shopping I expect wonderful customer service when I have questions about a product, when I have my car serviced I should feel safe and secure when returning to the driver seat of my automobile. There is no end in my search for what is right for myself and where my satisfaction is lying. When looking for a place to store our belonging my husband found this place and he knew it would meet what he calls my high standards and it did I arrived at Iron Guard this past Saturday the 13 of July and to my surprise the woman working the front was so wonderful, Amy made me feel right at home, we had an amazing connection, she answered all my questions, she addressed all my concerns and do believe that she can meet all my storage needs. We are now confident we have found the facility to store our things securely after the sale of our home.
Amy Spillers is absolutely amazing. Iron Guard couldn’t have a better employee! There’s never a time I’m not greeted with a genuine smile. She always goes out of her way to accommodate to my every storage need. I’ve witnessed her out on the property both rain and shine to ensure it’s a clean/safe environment for her tenants.
