We live in an era where customer service is truly lacking or even non existent with businesses. He's worked with me within his company's policies as much as he could. He has ALWAYS been polite, kind, understanding and professional! Even through my auction, very professional and thorough. The service was absolutely hands down AMAZING at the facility !!! 🤩 Mr Milton was very professional and definitely made my move from VA to GA great. Unit was ready when I arrived and Mr Milton took 1 look at the size truck I had and recommended a larger unit. I am so glad he did (and he had 1 available too) bc my items would have never fit in the original unit size I chose. He handled all of the adjustments and I was on my way in less than 15 min. Super personality and super job Mr Milton !!! I’m so glad I chose that location. 😊

This place is AWESOME! You see, I am ex-military who was traveling all over the world and needed a secure place to store my valuables. I have been a faithful customer for 6 years now and have gotten nothing but A-1 Service. Even though I purchased my new home, I still keep the unit to store my business equipment. Great place to visit!👍

Nice place. I would’ve given it a 5 but the Staff Melvin can be a little rude, often. Make sure you know your contract because half the time I don’t think he knows & he’s been there for a long time. How? I don’t know.

Milton is the man. I moved away from public storage in Morrow looking for a bigger unit. During the process of moving and signing up, Milton maintained a professional and incredibly positive environment. He also made sure I received a discount for being in the military. He always speaks and remembers your name when you come on site. I NEVER experienced that anywhere else. If you are in the Stockbridge area, I'd highly recommend this location.
