Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.
We rented 2 storage units in McCall for over 2 years. Becky, the manager was great to work with.... she deserves 5 stars! The units and ground were clean and secure. We never had any rodents or bugs in our units. There is no portable toilet on the property (which I'm pretty sure is building code for a comercial space). I hate portable toilets, but if you're spending time at your unit, its terrible to really need to go and you have to drive into town to find a restroom... either that or wet your pants! Ha! I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the company continued to raise our rent frequently. I've never had a rent/ fee raised so often! It was especially frustrating because we were long term renters and always paid on time. Thank you for the great service, Becky!
I have to say I have had a few storage units and I cannot express the gratitude from Becky at the McCall Idaho facility. She has worked with us to helping us not loose our unit when we went through a really bad time. I highly recommend McCalls northwest Self storage for anyone looking.

We had rented a storage unit here and cancelled the next day because the rates were $112 per month higher than local competition. They also couldn't guarantee the rate for a year. The unit was very nice and building looks nice. Becky was amazing to work with and thankfully the company did issue a refund as I had not used the unit. Would have kept the unit for a year if it wasn't over $1,000 more per year than the exact same size storage of competitors.

Northwest Self Storage is a solid, secure, easy to access, no fuss storage facility just south of McCall. The area in front of each storage unit is paved and accessible by car, truck and moving van. Load in and load out are easy. Storage units are accessible 24/7/365. I've never had any issues accessing my household goods. Snow removal is timely. Monthly payments can be made several ways, including an on-site kiosk using a credit card. Customer service, when needed, is excellent.
This facility is always clean and accessible. The owners have great communication with us. I appreciate the fair pricing and look forward to a long relationship.

Then, at noon Amber called me back and advised someone had just checked out and she now had one. Amber did not HAVE to call me but she did, which was really appreciated! Old owners were champs of customer service and alwys enjoyed chatting with them on the occassional times when my lock was froze or forgotten it all together. Hey it happens. New owners seem to be on track but the one time I had question about security (nothing serious mind you) there was no one to answer the phone for hours. Hey it happens. Very Clean units, and complex is kept tiddy and it's the easiest place around to get a unit if you use the Kiosk.

So far a very pleasant service. Manager called me back and we have arragned everything over the phone to complete the application process. On site kiosk sounds like an efficient way to pay, return locks and or buy locks. I'll update later after a month or two but with 24/7 access and with automated payments I'm not sure what can go wrong. Timely snow removal will be an indicator of how well the organization is operating.
Nicest storage facility in the McCall area, and I've rented at them all. Friendly, helpful manager and staff. Larger units have motion lighting inside that is a real plus when accessing your unit at night.

We were happy to rent and move our items for storage using the automated kiosk that 24-7 offers. We were even able to purchase locks through the kiosk. Paul was ever helpful, offering to come in and sign us up even though the kiosk did the same work. We would gladly recommend this storage unit for the outstanding customer service they offer
