I drive by this facility daily and think how clean and nice it looks. I needed a storage for my family recently and thought a ‘hey that place’! So i looked on line and found it and rented a unit online. Was super quick and easy, went in and met the manager made sure our insurance forms went thru online, which it did, manager was great, we went and bought a lock and loaded up our unit. Very pleased with the whole process, property and units are clean and well kept. So grateful.

We've had a unit here for several years now. We're impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the onsite staff, the cleanliness, and the security. In fact, we accidentally forgot to totally secure our door and within just a few days of our last visit to the unit they called us to alert our need to re-secure the door! That's impressive in our view!

Great place to store a motorhome with power and reasonably priced. JW always a great great help with any concerns or questions. Very secure and the other staff very friendly.

I have been living in my truck for about two months. Because of Northwest Storages easy to use website, quick process, and fair prices I've been able to have a very roomy storage unit for all my stuff. They've made me very comfortable during this very trying time in my life. I've been able to stay presentable and keep my job. Today I move into a house and I feel a HUGE part of that lies with the professional attitude that Northwest Storage presents. Their staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and understanding and their prices are very fair. I'd recommend Northwest Storage to anyone who needs a place to store their belongings. Their facility is secure and I've had no problems with things going missing even though I've only today been able to get a padlock. You can rest assured your belongs will be safe here. During the heavy recent rain I haven't had so much as a drop of water damage ok anything stored here. Thank you Northwest Storage!

It was easy to deal with as I set everything up on-line and got a call shortly after to verify. Went on the scheduled date and put my lock on, but I didn't slide the lock shut 🤦🏻‍♂️ Carlos called early the next morning and let me know. I'm happy to know they keep their eyes on things!

I don't remember his name but the guy at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. He was willing to show me all the storage sizes before I rented so I knew which size would work best for what I needed. Very friendly staff and i can trust my things are safe with the cameras and gates they have in place.

We were very lucky to obtain an indoor storage unit. The staff has been friendly and they do a great job keeping the place clean. Only complaint, corporate is constantly hiking up the prices.

I have nothing but good to say about the staff at the Sandpoint storage location. They are always friendly and helpful. I am very disappointed in the fact that since new ownership took over you have seen the need to raise the storage fee twice. The first time it was $10, no big deal. This time it went up $40! That's a big deal, in the middle of winter too, when I really have no option but to pay or turn everything over to a sale yard. What a cheesy move! I will be leaving your facility as soon as I can get my yard cleared enough to get a truck into it.

We rented a climate controlled unit for several years and it was kept very clean and the people in the office were very helpful. But since the new owners, the price has steadily increased to the point where we had to change to different unit that is cheaper.

Excellent customer service and very secure. Almost too secure.... Just kidding, but it would be nice to have an option for coded exit. Otherwise when leaving the gate is triggered by a weight sensor, but when on foot you can't activate the gate. Subsequently you have to leave through the building and if the office is closed someone has to come enter the code from the outside/entrance gate, but I digress lol minor complaint considering the phenomenal service! Affordable, clean, secure, and friendly. Helpful staff and all around accommodating company.

We sold our house in Hope and were going to be in a pinch but Dennis kept answering our Prayers and some units opened up just in time! The units are very clean and the storage yard is totally secure! We ended up using three different storage facilities around northern Idaho due to limited supply. Northwest was far and away the best facility. I had no doubt that my stuff was safe from nefarious people and the elements here. Dennis was awesome too. Aside from the general pleasantness of chatting with him, he was nice enough to check on the car I had in his back lot after a storm and give me a call when my cover was blown off. If you have stuff to store in or around the Sandpoint area, I highly recommended Dennis and his facility.

The facility and Facility Manager at the Sandpoint location is excellent! The areas storage facilities are all full. I was put on a waiting list and contacted when a unit became available. The Facility Manager was clear and professional when explaining the policies of NW Storage and the facility itself looked very secure with coded entry and around the clock video surveillance. After my misunderstanding over billing, the facility manager promptly contacted me and cleared it up. I would recommend the Sandpoint (Ponderay) location. Thanks D! NH

After having used this storage facility for Years without a complaint, the new owners are changing the rules. I chose this facility because of the included extras, We can no longer use the power here without being charged $20 a month, even just to check air in tires or clean one of my vehicles ( I have several stored here), the price will not be changing to reflect this. Now, as of the beginning of July, the gate will not be accessible 24/7, but have 7am to 10pm hours. I was checking on things before the work day, or when driving home late at night. That is no longer possible. There has not been crime to reflect this added measure. The price will not be changed to reflect this inconvenience either. While the staff is still wonderful, The new owners are slowly removing every reason to choose these units over any others in town, without lowering the price to reflect the new big city style policies. This town is growing, but not that big yet. Go elsewhere for your storage needs, you will now be able to find the same style units and policies, for less money, and be happier.

Had a storage unit here for years and the family-like service has always been wonderful. The only complaint I had was that my storage unit somehow had water getting inside and damaged some important artwork I had stored here. Other than that, a wonderful and secure facility to store the things you have no place for at home.

I deal with these guys on an annual basis and I highly recommend their storage services as well as their truck rental services in the manager or the desk worker Dennis has been nothing but hands down help me out anyway he possibly could.

This place is great. In addition to car and boat storage, we use it when we are out of town for pickup and delivery of things like motorcycles and stuff from UPS. Much easier than trying to make sure someone is always at the house. Very helpful staff.
