This is, by far, the best storage facility I have used throughout my 20 years of using them. Larry is a great, friendly person and keeps the facility clean. There hasn't been one day I've been there where he isn't tidying up the place or working on something. He makes the facility great!

Our family has three lockers here. The Deerfield location is very well run. We have worked with Larry, who is so on top of things. He is so helpful, friendly and makes sure all is taken care of. I had my pick of easy-to-access units to choose from at iStorage in Deerfield. The hours of operation are good, the price was competitive, and Larry was helpful and great to work with!

I reserved a storage unit online, but the site had an error when finalizing it. I went into the Deerfield office where Larry was able to smooth everything out quickly and efficiently. He got me set up in the system and even walked me over to show me the unit, explaining how the rental process worked on the way. The indoor facilities where the unit was were clean and spacious. Larry was personable and knowledgeable and I feel confident my belongings will be in good hands here.

Larry Kane helped us rent a short term storage unit, and the process went so smooth and easy. He was super friendly and helpful. We rented a small climate controlled unit, and the unit was clean and definitely felt climate controlled. I’m glad we had a spare combination lock, as we didn’t realize when we arrived we’d need our own lock. The whole facility was clean and I like the secure entrance to get into the storage units area. And the cost was reasonable and fair.

Adding to my previous review of iStorage in Deerfield: I needed a second unit fast, and Larry, the manager, came through for me. Had to do everything over the phone, and Larry described the units he had available, cost, payment options, etc. He got the whole thing done so I could move stuff in as soon as the facility opened the next morning. This is old school, caring customer service. Two thumbs up! Original review: Can't say enough good things about Larry Kane, the manager of this iStorage. I had to rent a particular type of unit in a hurry and he went above and beyond in helping me select the right size at the right price. Plus Larry is a pleasure to work with. He is always ready to help with little things, like finding a dolly or rolling cart, or making sure you have access to an electrical outlet if you need it. I've rented from other facilities in the area and usually dread calling them with a question because they are so regimented and inflexible. But not Larry. He is personable, listens, and does everything with a smile. Genuine customer service is rare these days, but Larry goes out of his way to be helpful. When I need more storage, you can be sure I'll be coming back here because Larry makes the whole process simple and fuss-free.

We have eight units at this location. We have always gotten friendly and quick service with our needs. Recently we had an issue with a door. We worked closely with Larry to get the problem resolved. We like the cleanliness of the facility.

When I needed to rent a storage locker temporarily after my Mother passed away, he was so helpful and understanding of what I needed to do. Larry is wonderful guy he always answers or call you back right away if you any questions he also works with you the best he can and as much as he is allowed. The facility is nice however when it rains a lot it floods in certain areas. The place is very well lit up, the only complaint I have is the company raising their rent like 30 or 40% put that's a corporate problem not a location problem.

I could not have found a better place to store other than my own barn, lol. Larry Kane was very personable and provided just what I needed. The place is a little rough around the edges but I am not complaining as a spotless place would likely cost alot more! The prices and sizes accordingly were the best in the area. Due to some delays in home renovation, I needed to rent a unit at short notice. The office staff was incredibly helpful and flexible. I appreciated how they were willing to go with the flow as I got new information - working with iStorage was the least stressful part of the entire process! The unit itself was clean and well maintained. It was easy to access when I needed my things and everything went in and came out in the same condition. I would absolutely rent from iStorage again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Business rented an indoor climate controlled unit. Interesting thing the boss signed up for it online, did all the paperwork online, they gave a code and we were in. No was on property during regular business hours , which I guess is why it's called iStorage everything is online. No problem with that, Covid has changed alot of in - person things around business and I guess that's acceptable. This is an older property, some of the outdoor units that were vacated and had their doors open had rusty sides at the bottom of the units. The indoor climate controlled units were unique, the one we got had actual hvac vents blowing directly into the units that's a cool design never seen that before. It was in the 90s and the indoor Temps were well maintained. It's storage.... One day it's going to need to have maintenance but for now it serves our purpose.

James is the best. Helpful suggestions. I needed a rolling cart and he had it waiting for me near my unit. Hallways were always clean. I stopped in at my unit at all hours and felt comfortable what ever time I was there. This storage facility I definitely recommend.

I have used iStorage Deerfield for a few years. Management can be reached by phone, email or in-person. Leasing is easy, and the place is very clean. I needed a bigger unit and they found me one a few doors down so the move was easy. I have used various storage places over the years and I recommend this one.

I had a very smooth and easy move into iStorage in Deerfield, IL. I met my movers who unloaded my items into the unit and were able to easily access it. The property and units are very clean and reasonably priced. The manager is very professional and good to work with.

James explained everything so thoroughly and answered all my questions, as this is my first time renting a storage unit. Very happy with my experience! I storage and manager Jason Anderson made me feel like that actually wanted and appreciated by business. Facility is modern and doors seemed recently upgraded, opened and closed with little effort. This facility is really immaculate, not a shred of litter anywhere. It is also secure with a code needed to open the gate and very well lit. I'm just renting a locker for some household overflow. However when I was unloading I noticed so many cool things I didn't know about. People had collector cars parked in units, there are outdoor spaces for your RV, boat or car. They even have glade plug ins inside the indoor hallway. Seems strange to mention but it's the small things.... As I unloaded I saw the guy drive around on his golf cart numerous times so I feel that my stuff is extra secure.

Jim is an incredibly helpful manager! Very accommodating and made renting 2 units next to each other a breeze. Looking forward to an excellent experience renting here.

The property has taken a 180 degree turn!!!!! It is bright now, and super clean!!!!! James the new property manager was awesome. He made my transition from my home to apartment comfortable and smooth. Highly recommend the moving kit as well. It packed all my knick knacks!!!!! Way to go simply!!!!
