Good place and good management. Place needs some upkeep: Our doors for the units we rent are always having issues of coming off of the tracks...takes a very long time to get repaired after reporting to corporate.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. I had fraud on my debit card and accidentally missed a payment. It took a few months for the system to reattach my card. Everyone was so patient and kind while waiting for the situation to rectify. Customer service is very important when leaving your belongings in storage. I want to know that who I’m working with is trustworthy!

Been using the storage facility since August 2023. I first signed up through the website and when I went in to move my things, I had issues opening the gate. I went into the office and the manager, Keith, was very helpful in getting my access sorted out right away. Haven't had issues going in and out of my storage unit since.

When I pulled in a parking lot, it was very clean and spot less.Keith welcome me inside the office showed and talked about lot of options very thoroughly then he gave me a tour to the storage units and I was surprised to see all the units were nice and cleaned Keith is very hardworking working guy over there and very polite and professional he should be recognized for his leadership now a days hard to find good people like Keith:)

I personally wouldn't recommend this place but it wasn't horrible. It wasn't clean to my standards so I left within the first month. But I had an outside unit so I wasn't sure what to expect. The price wasn't too bad . The manager was nice.

**Update 2023** Had to move from a small 5x5 unit to a larger 10x10 unit. SUPER easy to cancel and then make a new reservation all online. I just took my lock and moved it to the new unit. I researched other facilities in the area, but this one was the all around best price, features and reliability I needed. Thanks again iStorage on Bode Road! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Great first time experience renting storage at iStorage Hoffman Estates! I've never rented a unit before and did a few days worth of research and comparison shopping online. IStorage won the price game for a 5x5 unit, so I reserved one online. I ran over on lunch, and Heath helped me immensely with information and quick, too! I got an outside drive up space, bought a lock for less than $20, 3 keys included. Accessible 6am - 10pm with a pinpad to get in the gate. Office is clean, my unit was clean, excited to have more space and feel confident that if I have any issues, they will be able to resolve them. Good place and good service

Everything was fine a lot of walking did it on a Sunday didn't realize the office was closed had no tools

It was super easy to book/rent a unit and sign the lease all online, without having to stop in the office. I was provided the gate code and the unit number, which allowed me to focus on moving the items vs. trying to get there to complete everything then head back to gather all of the things going in the storage unit. This was extremely convenient.

Great little storage facility. Real close to Streamwood. And there open 7 days a week. The office is open on Saturday also but closed on Sunday. But you still have access to youre unit til 10pm. They are always running online promos. But you can walk in and still get the same great rates as the website. We are about to upgrade to a bigger unit. Great local find.

This rental storage facility was very friendly in my business dealings with them. I was in the process of moving from Virginia to the Chicago area - and this storage facility was right down the road from me. I went to the facility and spoke with the manager the day before I went to Virginia and got all of my questions answered. The leasing process was super easy - as it was all online. I was able to do it from a hotel room in Virginia and had the unit number, gate code, and everything assigned to me even before I stepped foot onto the property. It was very nice for how easy this was - and after driving half way across the country my rental experience has been very professional. It was very nice and allowed me a great peace of mind. Looking forward to renting from this facility.

So far so good. Very hard to find a storage in the area with size I needed and the door that would fit an oversized vehicle. Howard at the office was great. Storage looks nice and clean.

The guys in the office were great today. The new management really cares about the folks who are using their units. All of the paperwork was very straightforward and if you need a place to store any of your own stuff I would highly recommend using this one over U-Haul or self storage.

A few days later came to their office and I can honestly say, not only were they professional and attentive. After they addressed my issue, I was floored by their courtesy and compassion. The units are clean and inside one story buildings - so no having your unit on a 2nd floor! The staff is helpful and friendly. One of the staff, Howard, just spent 20 mins on the phone with me taking care of my new info. Id meant to call them a couple months ago when I moved, but totally forgot. So when Howard called - I initially thought he must’ve “magically” knew that I needed to call them! It took a while before I realized that he was calling about my daughter’s unit ( same last name ), and not about my account. He changed all the info and I got to talk to a REAL person - not an electronic voice. Good prices and the site is very secure.

It was the best price and most convenient place when we signed up in 2018 but the new owners took over and hiked the price by 10%. They require insurance or you can get a low coverage option from them for $10 a month. Security seems good with cameras and gate codes. They upgraded with sprinklers in 2017 or so.

Employee was great. Very helpful. Only thing that needs help is the holes in the asphalt. In need of repair.

We showed up near closing time, and in the same day we got the storage unit we wanted at a reasonable price. I rented 2 climate controlled units. The climate area was clean and easy to get in and out of. They were very accommodating when there was an unforeseen problem with my movers trailer that was beyond anyone's control. And certainly not Simply Self Storages. Bottom line is the staff was great to work with and the units were excellent.

I have been at the Hoffman location for many years. They are competitive and very reasonably priced for the large unit that I occupy. I have not even seen others offer a 13x40 locally. Very friendly and responsive staff. Clean and secure.Highly recommend.

Wasn't sure about leaving some things at a storage unit at first. Jim walked me through everything and the process, and I couldn't be happier not having that stuff around the apartment anymore. Great customer service and facilities.
