Do I need Insurance?
Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
Is Month to Month Leasing Offered?
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
What documents do I need to reserve a storage unit?
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.
Is There Anything I Can't Store?
Certain items cannot be stored in your storage unit at ANY time. Here is the following list of things:

How can I pay my rent each month for my storage unit?
We offer many convenient ways to pay at our locations: automatic payments can be set up, credit card, check, and cash; online, in-person, and phone payments.
What is the difference between access hours and office hours?
Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

This Storage Factory shows well; it was neat and clean; but there was only ONE HUGE thing that ticked me off !!!! As a new storage locker renter; my locker was located on the 3rd floor and upon me moving in no one informed me that the ELEVATOR was inoperable for this reason I should be refunded my monthly rental fee due to this fact; because no one told me but allowed me to reserve a space with out regards of stating that the facility was no fully providing adequate services for what I had paid for; it was an inconvenience toting all my large items up 3 FLIGHTS !!! … #3131(Adjust my account accordingly please and thank you) 🤬

This facility has had it’s ups and downs in the past, but the current property manager, Luiz, is a rockstar. Well maintained and great communication.
Mgr. Was on site during my initial visit and has been everytime I've returned. Rates are reasonable Staff is kind and helpful.
I've had a great experience there with my items in storage from Nov '21 - Mar '23. About 6-8 months ago I started having issues paying my bill over the phone and online, and a couple months piled up. I called corporate hq and was able to make a payment over the phone, and they waived the late payment fees. The same thing happened the following two months and I was late again. I called corporate and that time was able to get my login fixed so I could pay online, and I've had no issues since. I didn't ask for a waiver of the late fees that time since I knew I could have called sooner. My family just vacated the unit over the weekend, and I completely forgot to call, log in, or check my contract to see how to cancel it. A couple days later I received a call from Luis, the manager, letting me know on a routine inspection he found my unit with no lock, vacated, and asked if it was intentional. I'm incredibly grateful for that call - not only did it save me from potentially having to pay another month if I never did remember to call, but it also made me feel better that someone would have noticed and contacted me if my unit had been broken into. I never once saw the unit nor the items stored in it. It all belonged to a family member my siblings and I helped. They saw it, but I live hours away so managing the account was my contribution. And that reminds me, the family member had another unit at the same facility - that's why we chose it - and also had billing issues during the time period I did. He was about to lose his unit and also couldn't log in to his account to pay online. So when I called the second time to reset my login info, I'd actually called first about my relative, and then they helped with me. I was able to do a conference call with my relative on the line, then my relative hung up and I handled the rest of the transaction before mine. They'd asked my relative's permission to speak with me in the future and stored it in the notes, so I did have occasion to call back and here's why I'm NOT giving them 5 stars... You have something like 5 days to pay your bill online. You cannot pay it early. I tried on Feb 27, but my bill wasn't due til Feb 28. Then I completely forgot I had not paid it til I got a reminder email in March, when it was a couple days late. I logged in to my account and could not pay it online because it was past due! Since I'd only experienced that when the payment was months late, I was shocked!! So I had to call to make the payment. It's a pain in the ar$e, how they have the system set up. I never wanted to set up automatic payments because we knew it was a temporary situation that could end at any time, but the relative was in and out of the hospital much longer than we'd expected. And as you can see, I can be forgetful about making calls on time. So yeah, late fees suck but they were always my fault, you do have a 5-day grace period to make the payment without a fee, but you can't pay online outside of those 5 days. Like not even early. That bites, but it's corporate, not the facililty's fault.
Company has made noticeable improvements by Staffing this location with a thorough and patient manager Luis V..seems to be concerned about customers vs the last staff there..I was there recently and the gate is fixed as well as improvements in the inner and outer maintenance..good job in improvements to this location..Keep it up Renter for over a year

Everything was okay but I asked for the first floor and the lady told me it was the first floor when I went to bring my things was not, she gave me the third-floor and I told her I’m pregnant I don’t want to be going up and down ,so not 100% happy
The entire experience was very fast and very pleasant. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. It's clean cozy and air conditioned. Moving was easy with the assist of the flat bed carts.

When we walked in she was in the hallway disinfecting the push carts down, while we were only there to ask some questions after speaking with her and knowing she cares for her customers to keep them safe we were sold. We (my husband Jose and I)have had a unit there since it was Posen storage we have seen several employees come and go some good some bad, however the new lady there Kesha is phenomenal. We are there almost everyday and since she’s been there it’s been extremely clean inside and out. Our rates went up we were prepared to move out but after speaking with her we will definitely stay. She’s always smiling and upbeat. Please keep her.

Had a great experience acquiring a 10x10 storage space. Took me 12 mins from the time I called till the time I was able to have access.
My first time coming here since I purchased my unit - this place is brand new, and is of excellent quality. You can tell they invested properly in this facility and you can tell the indoor units are brand new. Full video surveillance and climate control indoors too, just what I needed. Also have had great customer service from these guys when I needed it. On top of all that you can't beat the price. Would definitely recommend and I plan on staying a customer.
